“I was in search of a new car around October 2022, when I completed the trade in/sale online option with Baxter VW. Within a matter of hours I had a trade in offer that was locked in and I was able to have the car reserved for me to see. At the time I had been going through a knee surgery recovery so the dealership was very understanding and flexible. Upon my trade in and purchase of my Vw, the whole team from management to sales to service was wonderful. Truly appreciate all that Zach did to help me with the process. As of today, December 2023, I still can say I highly value Baxter VW. I have used their service group several times and have consistently been impressed by their communication, timeliness, reliability and transparency. I recently had an issue on a Sunday when the dealership was closed. I was able to drop my car off and leave my the key in the 24/7 service area.”

They should me the dual battery charger I needed that goes down to a trickle charger to keep the batteries charged throughout winter without overcharging them.”

“My bumper almost fell off in traffic due to someone hitting it and fleaing. I was right next to this establishment and decided to nicely ask if they had a spare zip tie so I can make it back home to Iowa. They said they did but he also said I can do you one better. The man got my keys from me. Pulled my vehicle in the garage and had them fix my car bumper so that it would not be dragging and cause an even bigger accident. I called my insurance company and told them I will be taking my business here to get my car bumper replaced due to their extreme professionalism and the quickness they got it done. ? +A to this amazing business. “I knew right out of the gate I wanted Brunos to paint match my new fiberglass Formula Hood to the paint color on my 1970 Firebird. The problem was I had zero information to share with them on the previous paint job, no previous paint codes, no nothing! They matched my new hood perfectly, I honestly was very nervous about it, even to the point of bad dreams. But when I picked her up, I was on cloud nine! I just couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Thanks guys! I've attached a few pictures, but they really don't do it justice.”
