“The people are great. The misleading pricing by using money down match and trade match is shady. The $799 doc fee is crazy. When you go in to buy ignore the pricing tricks and make an offer with the Doc fee (pure profit) included.”
“I brought in a Saturn sedan that had been in a front end collision. I had loaned the car to a friend. Tim told me that the parts might be difficult to locate because the Saturn is not made anymore, but I said I would want to repair the damage if possible, and that I would pay the bill (as far as insurance was concerned the car was totaled). Tim was able to locate the necessary parts, the car was repaired, and the job was very impressive to look at. Tim was great to work with, he was accurate in his estimate of the total cost, and the customer service was great. Not only was the damage from the accident repaired but the car was clean and polished and looked totally renewed when we picked it up. I am totally impressed with the job that was performed here.”

“B Street collision worked on my wife’s 2017 Ford escape after a Large tree branch rolled over the Front of it, crushing the windshield and smashing the area near the lower part of said glass… It came out looking so good and everything works well-(wipers ect)! “I have taken my Tesla here on two occasions and have been extremely pleased with Mike and his team, both with the quality of the repair and the customer service. The most recent visit was complicated due to the fact that I live over 100 miles away from Dingman's and shortly after my car accident the main battery pack on my Tesla went bad (unrelated to the accident) making the vehicle no longer driveable. Mike was great at coordinating with insurance, with Tesla (to replace the battery) and arranged to have the vehicle towed through my insurance. It was like having a concierge handle everything for me. I've never had this kind of attention elsewhere. As a Tesla owner, I felt very comfortable using Dingman's because of the volume of Teslas they repair and their close relationship with Tesla in Council Bluffs.”

“My bumper almost fell off in traffic due to someone hitting it and fleaing. I was right next to this establishment and decided to nicely ask if they had a spare zip tie so I can make it back home to Iowa. They said they did but he also said I can do you one better. The man got my keys from me. Pulled my vehicle in the garage and had them fix my car bumper so that it would not be dragging and cause an even bigger accident. I called my insurance company and told them I will be taking my business here to get my car bumper replaced due to their extreme professionalism and the quickness they got it done. ? +A to this amazing business. “I always go to Interstate Battery for my battery needs. Every couple years, I replace the battery in my key fob & garage door opener. They are always very helpful. “I don't typically leave reviews but I felt the need to here. I'm currently on a cross country road trip, unfortunately on the 1st quarter of the trip I received a check engine light on my 14" VW Passat TDI. VW Dealer diagnosed it as a NOx Sensor issue an wanted to replace the CAT along with it for 1700$. I did not have those funds and was on a time constraint due to spending money on a hotel. Most places around had a wait time of a week+ which I could not afford to do.
Cordel FM was able to get my car in same day and out later that evening. They decided to only change the NOx sensor first in case that alone was the issue which would save money. Cordel FM got my car back on the road with no check engine light for a fraction of what VW Dealer wanted. Appreciate the guys there so much, there work will allow me to continue my trip through the states!”

“I knew right out of the gate I wanted Brunos to paint match my new fiberglass Formula Hood to the paint color on my 1970 Firebird. The problem was I had zero information to share with them on the previous paint job, no previous paint codes, no nothing! They matched my new hood perfectly, I honestly was very nervous about it, even to the point of bad dreams. But when I picked her up, I was on cloud nine! “Older suburban had problem with the torque converter lockup. They repaired the transmission and it is as new again. Cost was reasonable and unlike others they did not try to sell me a new transmission for 1000’s of dollars.
