Mike and the crew are incredibly knowledgable and detailed. They do not let poor quality work go out the door, which sometimes means it takes a little extra time, but it's worth it. It's also very cool how passionate they are about VWs. Just look at their own personal cars and shop cars, and you can see the quality of work they do. They're always willing to tackle new things and always expanding their experience.

Have been taking my VW to ACE since 2016 and have always received nothing but the best customer service. Consistently receive accurate diagnostics, exceptional repairs and more than fair pricing. The crew at ACE has always been welcoming, friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and respectful. I will continue to have my car serviced by ACE as long as I own it and highly recommend it for ANYONE that has a vintage VW.

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the disrespectful treatment I experienced at your establishment. As an individual of African descent, I was subjected to behavior that can only be described as discriminatory and unacceptable. It is disheartening to recount the incident that occurred during my recent visit to your premises.Three weeks ago, I entered your establishment with the expectation of receiving fair and equal treatment, as any customer should. However, it quickly became evident that I was being treated differently solely because of the color of my skin. Your employees, particularly Mike Carroll, displayed a clear lack of respect and consideration towards me, making derogatory remarks and employing racially insensitive language.The experience was deeply hurtful and left me feeling demeaned, humiliated, and marginalized. As a paying customer, I should not have to endure such treatment or be made to feel unwelcome simply because of the color of my skin. Your establishment, like any other business, has a responsibility to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all customers, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or background.I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention so that you are aware of the discriminatory behavior occurring within your establishment. Such behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of your business but also perpetuates harmful stereotypes and contributes to the systemic inequalities that many people, including myself, face on a daily basis.I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue by thoroughly investigating the incident, reevaluating your staff's training on diversity, and implementing measures to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect, dignity, and fairness they deserve. This includes providing cultural sensitivity training to your employees and creating a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of discrimination or bias.Moreover, I encourage you to issue a public apology for the treatment I endured and for any other instances of discrimination that may have occurred within your establishment. It is crucial to demonstrate accountability and a genuine commitment to rectifying the damage caused and preventing future occurrences.As a result of this incident, I am left with a profound sense of disappointment and frustration towards your company. I had previously held your establishment in high regard, but this experience has shattered my trust and left me questioning whether I can continue to support your business.I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to address these issues promptly and effectively. I don't even know what that means! As I drove away, I had to try to explain that to my young daughter. I thought that Nebraska was a free state! Above and BeyondOur '77 Westfalia bus wouldn't start after sitting for a couple of years, so we had it towed to ACE. After getting it running, they also reinstalled some interior pieces and replaced the old vacuum lines. Before sending it back to us, they took it for a test drive and discovered the brakes were bad. They consulted with us every step of the way, including pictures and quotes. While it was still at the shop, a buyer contacted us. The ACE team took additional pictures and even talked to the potential buyer on the phone. Their service hugely exceeded our expectations. Thank you so very much!

They took a dead engine that was sitting for years, allowed me to salvage a few engine tins and sone components I had purchased and built me this fantastic new engine. They also have been exceptional after the build and delivery of the engine. I have needed a few random parts and advice and they were great to offer some support. absolutely nothing but AMAZING things to say about ACE. we are traveling the country in our 77 Bay Window and needed an oil change and valve adjustment. in the past, we have had to make so many calls and essentially beg mechanics to squeeze us in to their busy schedule. Not here!! Mike and his team were so accommodating and understanding of our situation. They were friendly, professional, and SUPER efficient! I would absolutely recommend this shop to all bus/bug owners in the area or just passing through.

I requested a same day, short notice oil change. My normal shop wasn't able to get me in, and I was leaving for Arizona the next day. Mike, was able to get me in, and took great care of my bug (Janice). Wonderful, fast, personable service. I have a new shop now! Thanks for the security of a safe trip.

The places like Disneyland for anybody into Volkswagen and vintage air cooled...Everybody is very nice kind and informative and they're willing to share all kinds of knowledge they don't want to hide anything they want you to be passionate about what their passionate about and it shows.
