“After walking about one mile in the 7 degrees snow-filled grounds, I arrived here to get money off of a debit card from this company. The man that helped me was very nice, courteous, and professional. It was nice to be in this bank to warm up. I asked if I could sit inside a while before my next walk out into the cold. They said no problem. Well, as I was sitting, they were trying to help out this man who was quite rude and a little vulgar. He was rough and demanding in speech. I just wanted to note how all the employees came together to diffuse the situation professionally with this almost impossible man. This man was so rude, I am surprised we were not on the news with some strange crime story. Thanks be to God!!! I will go to this bank for any further needs and just want to say how proud I was of these employees here!!!”
