“The Dollar General store in Benkelman, Nebraska is one of 3 or 4 DG stores within 30 minutes of Benkelman. And I would rather shop at the Benkelman store than any of the others. The manager and new assistant manager are both very professional, very helpful, and always a pleasure doing business with. The previous assistant manager, who caused a lot of problems at the store, has since quit. The new assistant manager is by far more knowledgeable, more professional, and more pleasant and helpful than the previous one. The Benkleman Dollar General carries a wide selection of inventory, some things only available at this specific Dollar General. Our store doesn't have them, Walmart doesn't have them, but the Benkelman Dollar General does. And their prices are very reasonable. I know a lot of people look down their noses at Dollar General, stereotyping it as a place where only poor people, junkies, alcoholics, and street thugs go to shop. Those people have no idea what they are talking about. I highly recommend the Benkelman Dollar General.”
