I have been a Woodhouse buyer for almost 10 years not, and not only will I never purchase a vehicle from them again, I would absolutely never refer anyone to get their vehicle serviced at any Woodhouse location, but especially here. Their inability to diagnose the root cause of an issue and carelessness at putting your vehicle back together when they preform routine maintenance is an epidemic. In these 10 years I have never taken my vehicle to be serviced where it didn't come back with something new wrong or the original issues was not fixed. Their lack of communication in to current state of where your vehicle is in the process of being fixed leads one to wonder if they are just "looking" for something to be wrong with your car. Their negligence has rendered my vehicle inoperable with a 9000.00 repair bill and have taken no responsibility for their actions in the matter, they take no accountability for their failures and choose to pass the burden on to their customer. You should be ashamed of yourself, Woodhouse, on how you treat repeat business.

Whatever you do do not finance with Woodhouse Nissan in Bellevue. Go with someone else. I bought a truck recently and financed through them. Done it several times with other dealerships no big deal. The next day I see that I had 3 hard inquiries on my credit report. I don't think they realize the effect that has on people. Also, it's been over a month now since my purchase and I still don't have the title. That really sucks, I have them the title for the truck I traded in, but I have heard 2 different reasons why Nissan screwed it up in the last 2 weeks. Think twice about working with them

I had the best experience throughout the sales because let's be honest who doesn't want an easy sale? Well 2 months later after purchasing a brand new Nissan Rogue sport i started hearing a cracking noise on the drivers side seat. It turns out it's broken, I've waited over a year and nothing had been taken care of...

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. Shortly after leaving the dealership my car began making an odd noise and my check engine light came on. I returned my vehicle and later was notified the problem was due to them not putting oil back in my car during my oil change. I was initially told there was only enough oil to barely cover the oil filter. I was later given several different versions of how much oil was actually in my car. They performed a second oil change and told me they "think" my car probably did not have any permanent damage. I was not comfortable with "thinking" my car was "probably fine." They assured me it was all documented in my service record should something happen but also gave me 3 options. Option 1) Use a B&G warranty should my engine fail. After looking up the warranty, I found they do not cover things such as the dealership forgetting to put oil in your car. This is when they disclosed, they did not in fact document in my service record that they failed to put oil in my car and we were told if we just do not disclose it, then B&G would not know (aka lie or commit fraud...no thanks). Option 2) Pay thousands of dollars towards and extended warranty at a discount. Why would I want to give them thousands of dollars to cover a mistake they made? Option 3) Trade my vehicle in for another car on their lot. (I wonder if they would have disclosed to whoever considered purchasing mine, that they did not put oil in it? Doubtful). We did however find a car we were interested in, it was the only vehicle they had that had similar features to mine. We notified them we were interested in this vehicle and they said they would have the car there, inspected, and ready at 10am the next day for us to drive. We arrived at our appointment. Neither manager came out to speak to us. They sent a salesman who had not even really been filled in on the situation. Shockingly, he informed us the car we were there to look at was being test driven at that exact time. It was then purchased. I could not believe that after assuring us they would have it ready for us at 10am, that they allowed it to be test driven and sold. And on top of that, they did not call us to warn us the car would not be available, so we both left our jobs to come to a pointless appointment where the salesman ended up scrolling through their inventory and finding only one other vehicle remotely similar to show us which was a total bust. After sharing our story with others, we found a lot of people have similar stories to ours when dealing with Woodhouse. We later took it somewhere else to get it looked at and they found even more done incorrectly and also found that things Woodhouse recommended I needed to fix ASAP were actually just fine and didn't need replaced. So, I do not recommend taking your vehicle to Woodhouse. They do not provide safe and reliable service and when they try to cover it up, they lie, they ask you to lie, and they do not leave you with the same safe and reliable vehicle your brought them.

Service department? If you wanna buy parts and repairs that aren't needed, if you wanna be told brand new parts are bad and NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, if you wanna deal with being lied to, then this is the place to go. Dishonesty at its finest
