We absolutely love Ross. Although staff could use customer service training, we still love Ross stores!”

A wealth of knowledge and quips he measured our feet, observed our gait, gave us multiple recommendations based our goals and wants from shoes. We tried the shoes, used the treadmill to get a real feel and left very very satisfied.”
