I wish I didn't even have to rate this but the head banker or manager,girl, didn't catch her name because she ran off to threaten cops. I understand there are angry customers but it's there job to be sympathetic and help in the situation not try to do anything because acted like a lazy pos. Took money off my account then said it was declined but it was taken off my card. She came in and basically got in my face and continued to say that if I didn't stop having attitude I'd be kicked out, lmao. Very unprofessional and everyone should take their business somewhere else probably to a different branch if anything

Not a big fan of the location otherwise the employees were very fast and some were bilingual (Spanish) which was very useful to some customers.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. High fees, long waits, and they loose paperwork. 6 months after I was added onto an account as power of attorney they tell me they don't have the paperwork. It was lost. Do they do that with money too?? I have repeatedly overheard them push their money making credit cards to people who are already in financial trouble. Does this make financial sense? No. And it's unethical that they are doing that.

This branch had a really friendly staff and I didn't have to wait to long to be helped. There is branch closer to where I live but it is smaller and the staff is not as friendly as the ones here.
