Wells Fargo is a terrible bank. I don’t bank with them for a reason. But I received a check from someone so I took it there to cash. The check was from a well know Dr office in Omaha. I gave her two forms of ID and she said they would have to call the office to verify this was a check from them. That’s fine, I was ok with that. Then she tells me they only have a fax. I told her the phone number is online. I called that phone number to show her it was theirs. Told the Dr office they would be calling. The teller then tells me she can not use the number online that she could only use the number in her computer and she would not cash my check. Seriously?? Ugh

Drive through closed before 5; inside line 8 deep. One teller working. She was doing a great job but the branch manager stood at the door staring at customers. Never said hello, never offered an explanation for the shortage. Every business is short staffed but having a branch manger stand at the door doing nothing is unacceptable.

I made an appointment today to change my account information and AJ was incredibly helpful and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was a wonderful experience.

The worst bank to do business with Spanish people, first they will open your account with your voter ID and when you want to withdraw your money they don't want to give it to you.
Be careful, there are rats, especially here at this bank in Bellevue which is at 370 and 36.

I made an appointment to chat with someone about what my first steps for housing buying and starting a super small business are. Izbeth was so nice, helpful, and supportive. I deposited a large check here so that I did not have to pay the wire fee. I did it last week. I did it from one of my business accounts to another at Wells Fargo. I knew there would be a hold due to the amount. I received a letter today saying, "We are delaying the availability of the funds from the check(s) described below because we believe the check(s) may not be paid." What a slap in the face! I understand holds, but to look at me and make a judgement that it would not be paid is ridiculous. The minute this clears, I will be closing this business account. I've been banking with them for almost 20 years on our personal account. Not one issue. 20 years! Maybe they should not make judgments on how someone looks and instead on their history with the company instead. I've never been so upset in my life. To whoever responded to this post, I will contact the branch that dealt with me personally. I do not know you and will not be sending my information to you.

This locations needs better management. Went there to open a business account and instead of opening an account they kept me there for 20min just so they can use me to help a new employee get trained. After about 20min they give me back all my info and tell me hey you have to call the 800 and ask them to help you. These guys are a joke i plan on closing my account just because of this bad customer service experience. My advice is go to another location or go with another bank all together wells fargo is not the best anyway.

Love going into this bank, the tellers are very friendly and helpful. Everybody knows my name and always give a friendly hello while I'm in there. It's always great to see a friendly smile and receive a friendly hello.

THIS Wells Fargo has the best staff! We help our daughter with bank deposits for her business, the staff here recognizes my husband and they greet him like an old friend. Thank you all so much!!!
