Awful, half the time they “can’t find my prescriptions” the other half, they don’t know how to process CHIP Medicaid. I will never choose to get my medication here. I was attended by Clayton & was denied my prescription because he clearly didn’t know how to run my insurance. He told me my insurance didn’t cover it but he didn’t even attempt to run my insurance, I tried again and asked why they had filled my prescription with the same insurance until today, today they denied me but didn’t even try to run my insurance through. So they DON’T even run insurance but then tell you it won’t cover. I later called and spoke with Rick and asked why is this the first time I am having issues with my prescription, But in the past I never had an issue getting my medication. I was told that they aren’t very familiar with my insurance and I probably won’t get a call back till Monday. That’s 3 days without my medications. Seriously ridiculous TRAIN employees better. Just got off the phone with my insurance and verified the RX # and I was assured by my insurance I am 100% covered but Walgreens hasn’t even attempted to run the insurance. HORRIBLE avoid this pharmacy.

Behind 1 person in the drive thru 10 minutes until their lunch at 1:30, it took 7 minutes somehow for that person leaving about 2 to 3 minutes for me. Which should be pretty easy for then to do since my sis was ready, but as the other person finally pulled out, the pharmacy stuck their closed for lunch sign up. Just know that pharmacy lunch may start sooner than it says on their sign apparently

Scheduled vaccine for my daughter and she was refused vaccine. They seem to have no clue of what’s going on??

Stopped here to get some store gift cards and American Express gift cards. The manager, when checking put, was very friendly and joked around. We got 6 different cards so it took a while and he made it a fun experience instead of being annoying or just going through the motions of pushing what seemed to be a million buttons in order to activate all the cards and old the money on them. If we're in this area we will definitely come to this Walgreens again! The store is very clean and organized. Having fused the restroom i can also comment that they take pride in keeping it clean as well. Great store and staff!!

The employees are friendly, and the pharmacists are very knowledgeable.
