My recommendation and future business are with VA. We are a family of seven that moved to Nebraska 6.5 years ago from distant USA location. We worked very hard to be able to get back a house and move away from rental. The VA group with Nick Schuster did a balanced evaluation of our situation. Nick show me at least three times I visited his office the concrete numbers, the loan options and explore the different scenarios until I got it clear. He evaluated my house options and listen to my family needs, expectations and patient enough give his input. This translated into me following recommendation keep saving some extra and achieve a low rate deal less than 5.5 (August 2024). The house is a new house construction and we are living the American dream. I came to Nebraska to be a Phoenix to my family as they deserved it but needed the sunlight. VA was definitively our sunshine. Hope they keep helping families for many years to come.

This was our first time going through a traditional home buying process and it felt daunting at every turn. Fortunately the Veterans United team was always at the ready for questions and concerns, answering even the silliest questions at weird hours to put our minds at ease. They even helped us with concerns we had with selling our old home. 10/10 from start to finish and can't wait to work together again in 8-10 years!

I was able to celebrate two major milestones in my life effortlessly thanks to you guys. #1 getting married and #2 moving in to our first house together in the same month. Veterans united made my dreams come true. I never would have imagined I’d be able to buy a house, let alone a new construction house for my very first home purchase.
