My first experience with Twin Creek Animal Hospital was due to a very heartbreaking event. When I called Twin Creek they told me to come right away (even though it was almost closing) and met us outside with a guerney. We lost our beloved Parker that day but Twin Creek gained us as customers for life. The vets and staff are always friendly and helpful. The vets there are open, honest, and transparent. I love Twin Creek Animal Hospital. Every experience there has been above par.

I give 2 stars due to the Knowledgeable Doctors and staff . The big MISS is that this is the first Vet in 30 years of me owning pets, that must be going broke. This observation is from the fact that they drew blood from my dog, I paid $200 of a $285 bill, and was told by the Dr. That I must be in to pay within 3 days. Then, on the second day, they told me if I did not bring in the payment immediately, the blood would be no good. Nowhere from Grand Island to Orlando Florida has a vet not sent in blood the day it was drawn. So, Twin Creek Animal Hospital, you get the "Hold an animals health hostage" award. Shame on you!

I take both of my dogs to Twin Creek and they take wonderful care of them. I especially like the portal where I can make appts and track info.

Love Dr. Olsen and the staff! As Browser is aging, they are doing everything they can to help alleviate his arthritic pain. They seem to really care about their patients and their patients’ people.

We moved to the area recently and were concerned we wouldn't be able to find a vet we liked. I was so pleased with the care and attention we received at Twin Creek Animal Hospital. They were so good with our overweight, arthritic dog. They not only spent a great deal of time listening and getting to know us, but they followed up several times to answer questions and check on her progress. I highly recommend this provider!

I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else even if it were half the price of Twin Creek. The staff really cares about your pets and I feel like they are my extended family. I've had to put down two of my best friends in the last year and you'd think it wouldn't be possible to make that process more bearable, but the staff at twin Creek mourn right along with you and don't make you feel like just another appointment. Dr. Olson wants to help you help your pets, gives you options for treatment, is honest about prognosis and doesn't try to push anything that's unnecessary just to get more money. If you're looking for quality care this is where you want to be. I wish Dr. Olson could be my doctor.

Jordan is so good with Jack and we liked the way she trimmed his nails. Jordan was very kind and professional and answered our questions. Love Twin Creek Animal Hospital, they care about our pets.
