Trust??...don't buy a vehicle from this guy. 2016 chrysler 200 the car was vibrating making weird noises. Took it to a mechanic the brakes are warped, all four tires have dry rot even though I was told they were brand new. The coolant fluid was to strong for the car and the headlights are out. Called the owner he stated If there is anything wrong with the car within the 30 days of purchase he will get all repairs done. Called the owner within the 30 days stated what was wrong with the vehicle the owner stated the mechanic was trying to rip me off and if I take care of the vehicle it will last me a long time. Don't by a vehicle from this guy he's just trying to rip you off to make some change. Also the dude would not stop trying to pressure me into giving him a good review.

Bought a used car there 2020 just like a new one! He is very easy to deal with and very nice guy! Would buy another vehicle from
Him! And got a great price! Be careful inspect everything before u buy! My knob that controls the mirrors doesn’t work! Back on the backseat won’t tighten down!

If you’re in need of reliable car, you should go see Fred at Trust Motors LLC! I’ve bought three cars from dealerships before and I remember it taking hours for all the paperwork to be processed and haggling over numbers. You won’t get that with Fred. Fred went above and beyond for me and made everything so easy for me. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Fred is the friend you need when looking to purchase a new ride! I cannot believe I found the car I wanted with low miles that runs beautifully and for a reasonable price with reasonable payments ! You guys should definitely shop here for your next vehicle you WONT be disappointed!

Sold me a 2010 Hyundai Tucson Three months later transmission is going out Mechanic told me I’m either going to need and rebuild the transmission or new transmissionUpdated rating: I wanted to change my rating to 5 stars because I’ve never really had any issues with this car other than mechanic telling me I need a transmission soon”probably just trying to swindle me for some money”. I drove that car for a good 2 years and put over 200,000 miles on it and traded it in for something newer. Actually miss that car

(Updated) Paid about 8k for a car that left me stranded on the way home from omaha(1st day). He helped to get the car fixed at his mechanic, Los Altos, (i paid about 300 he paid about the same) which worked for about 2k miles. I ended up on the side of the road, again.(2nd time) I tried to reach 'Fred', the man who owns the joint by phone and text; it went straight to voicemail and never responded back until i wrote a review here online; he was out of country and due to phone issues didnt recieve my calls and texts. I received my car back the second time from Los altos (which i, myself, towed it to and dealt with direct due to the warranty for the first job) and it was making a weird noise so I took it to my own mechanic he inspected and said there was some overfilling of fluid, there was leaks and he replaced gaskets and such. Well, I once again, found my self needing a tow for the third time DUE TO THE SAME REASON about 2k miles later. (Something keeps causing the flywheel to break and causes the starter to also break) Do yourself a favor and don't risk doing business with him and find a more reputable dealer. As always, do your due diligence. Car currently with a mechanic unrelated to the gentleman, Fred, and I am currently looking at a bill of 2400.

I bought an older vehicle here two years ago and it’s been perfect. I had never purchased from an independent lot before and was apprehensive. He showed me the history of the vehicle and reassured me it didn’t need anything done to it. Two years later and all it’s needed was front brake pads which is normal use and wear. Would definitely buy another vehicle here.

Bad experience with a 2012 Subaru OUTBACK. The owner knew the transmission was bad, his mechanics erase a bunch of lights on the time we were driving, i paid cash for it I tough it was a good price, but the owner was not honest. 2 days after issues come again, went to AMCO transmissions, and replaced with them, $6000 paid for the fix, i make copy and visit the guy again and proved with the receipt. I told him, thats ok, it was my mistake to come to this location, I asked for some help for the fix, he just lied again, never reach me with any. He made some money by not honest.

Amazing Customer Service!!!! We went to see a vehicle here at Trust Motors and were blown away about how much they were willing to help us out on finding a vehicle we wanted. Unfortunately, we did not find the vehicle we were looking for, but the name is very suiting for this place. Max was the person who worked with us. Truly a very pleasant experience as a small local business. If we find the vehicle we are looking for at here, we would definitely purchase from here.
