Went in for a pedicure with friends. This lady came over and hounded me to let her do my nails. I said no multiple times and then gave in because she wanted to prove that she was better than who I've been going to for 10 years! I should have just given her $50 for her charity!!!! Next day, not one but TWO nails cracked!! I WAS SO UPSET WITH MYSELF. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I actually really want my money back seriously! Such a scam. Ugg

Let me just start by saying I will NEVER EVER go to this nail salon again! From start to finish my experience was terrible. When I got in the lady literally snatched my hand aggressively and was staring at my finger nails. At this point I really wasn’t alarmed because I know some nail tech are heavy handed and I’ve been in a number of chairs and know that sometimes people just are a little rough with their hands but do a great job with doing your nails. I let that go and continued making small talk with the tech. I came in to get a fill so she proceeds to remove the old polish with the drill. She was drilling in the same spot for a long amount of time and it would start to burn and I told her and I kid you not she continued to do that every freaking nail dude. I’m like ok I ask her how long has she been doing nails she says she’s been doing nails for a “long time” so in my head I’m like then why do u not know your burning a client if u drill repeatedly in the same area. So the nail session continued and she goes to apply the acrylic. I had one nail that was broken so she had to apply a new nail and a acrylic… bro this woman took like five minutes applying the acrylic to the one nail. She starts to apply the acrylic to the other nails and the application is freaking trash bro! She got the acrylic all freaking lumpy. So she goes to file them she can’t even get the nails to look cleaned up and looking like a new set. So I’m looking at the nails and I notice she missed an entire spot where she hasn’t even applied the acrylic so I ask her is she going to leave it like that and show her now she’s annoyed with me for telling her she’s not covering the whole nail. But it gets better mean while while I’m trying to endure probably the worst service I’ve ever had since getting my nails done since high school, I started to feel what seamed like a chemical burning in my fingers tips at this point I have to stop the nail tech and tell her I need to wash my hands because of the burning. So I get back from washing my hands and she continues the nails. So she gets to the point where she should be ready to polish the nails right let me tell you for her to have literally been burning me with how much she was drilling my nails they were lumpy as a b*tch. She gets annoyed because I’m telling her she’s burning my with the chemicals she burning me with the drill she can’t file to save her life and the nails are bumpy asl yall she got an attitude with me! So she had some other tech polish the nails I’m like ok cool at least you can’t do any more damage. Let me tell you I got out of the chair and went to that counter I told the cashier straight like this, you love to see another day but I had the most horrible experience at their salon. I said I’m the one who has to wear these horrid nails because I work tomorrow but let me tell you something that is exactly how you lose customers! I paid my bill and still tipped but you know what ladies girl just don’t. I don’t care if it’s close and convenient they do not deserve my hard earned money by a long shot. I’ve had one other tech do a nail said I wasn’t to impressed with but this by far has been my nail salon horror story/ experience ten out of ten they are not even on the roster! Thanks for listening to my experience at Top Q Nails hope you guys can read this review and not have to go through such a dreadful experience like i had.

Worst manicure I've ever had. Trimmed cuticles dry without soaking them or putting any sort of cuticle gel on them. Gel polish started peeling after one day. I now have an INFECTION in my finger from sloppy, dry cuticle trimming. My mom had a regular manicure. No upkeep or cuticles or any other maintenance, took them 10 minutes. Too busy talking to one another to be professional or care about what they are doing. I regret our Decision to go there. NOT waste your money here!

This place sucks! Where in the world do you walk in and show a picture of what you want, and they blatantly just do whatever they want to your nails? I asked for gel, and he did acrylic. i asked for Chrome he gave me white. Then I asked him how much for the full set? He said $50. While only charging my friend $45 I gave him $60 3 20 Dollar bills. And he gave me $6 in change blatanly taking his own tip from my money. In 4 days, all of the nails were lifting from the bottom. I had to go to another nail salon to have them fixed. I wouldn't go back to this place if somebody paid me and paid for full service no matter what??????????? I don't even want to give them one star. As you can see, a nail broke, and underneath, it was a nail fungus. So I had to go pay to take them off .

Several poor experiences here lately have determined that I will no longer be returning here for nail services. The employees are not very personable or friendly, last couple times had to ask for work redone bc polish is sloppy or french tips uneven but they get mad and say no wait til finished it will look better (as if that even makes sense...) I dont mind if there is a mistake made as long as they're okay with fixing to my liking before i leave, cant do it perfect the first time all the time. Instead they get mad and start talking about you to their closest coworker, bc they want quantity over quality and you're causing them to spend more time. They are always gossiping with eachother and several times theyre on their phones. I've even been there when an employee was yelling at a customer, everyone could feel the tension. I've been going here with my mom for over 6 years but with the latest manager change and all the employees that would remember your name and how you liked your nails have all left, now its just not worth the trip here. Yes, i did keep coming here even after moving further away in town. Getting your nails done and pedicures should be a nice relaxing time especially when you're paying for the service and tipping above that 20% or more. Now it seems they want to rush as they spend less and less time on the same services that used to take longer when done thoroughly to get through more customers to make more money. The very last time I was there though, it was empty besides one customer and they made it seem like an inconvenience that I walked in with over an hour left before closing. They asked me to come back tomorrow or the next day even though i saw 4 employees doing nothing. A 5th employee was with the only customer in there. Well I won't be returning, im in the market for a new nail salon and I would recommend avoiding this establishment if you'd like a pleasant experience.Services: Foot massages

If I could I would give this place zero stars I’ve had all my friends tell me after my appointment how bad of a time they had and I understand why, I was getting acrylic nails and first off they cut up my cuticles 7 out of all my fingers were bleeding and they just rub them with alcohol. Second I had wanted a light pink and he tells me no saying he knows better and grabs the brightest pink he has, never again

Got my nail done about 5 hours ago my pedicure take about 15 minutes and my manicure take about 10 minutes . I have to file my own nails because they didn't do the way I like it . it's a poor job I would not recommend anyone to go There. I get gel polish cost me $80 and when I came home look at the job that was done to me poor and awful. my gel nails polished lift and chip off. that Will be the first and last time for me to visit top Q nails place.Services: Pedicure
