“I jumped in my car in my garage and my car was not starting. After a few tries, I finally got it started. I immediately called Yeck's and although it was before operating hours, Mark, the owner, answered and told me to bring it right in. When I arrived, he ran diagnostics on my car and found a defective battery. He said to leave it and they would take care of it. Then he offered to give me a ride to my work. They replaced the battery and I picked it up later in the day. What I want to point out was how they went out of their way to limit my inconvenience and to get me to work. I believe Mark went above and beyond. A true testament to the way he cares for his customers! Thank you Yeck's for taking care of me!”
“I called Jensen early in the morning (8am) looking to swap to our winter tires on our Honda Odyssey. They said they could squeeze it in. I dropped the van off around lunch, done at closing time. Excellent customer service even with a very busy Monday, snow etc. So glad to have this place close to my neighborhood. I’ll be back! Great work team! Thanks!”

I was told by the Tires Plus manager, Phil, that he would do his best to accommodate me. I took the tire off the car, took it to the Bellevue, NE location, and had a new tire in 15-20 min. Great manager and great team at the Bellevue Tires Plus. Simple tire replacement, but meant the world to get my car back on the road.”
