When it first opened, the service was good and my truck got a decent wash, but now they barely pre-spray the front, rarely do the glass, and never touch the tailgate. In addition, the equipment needs to be recalibrated because it now misses parts of my truck, especially the tire shine as it leaves large patches completely untouched. The end result is I have to redo the tires every single time and then spend a lot of time scrubbing front-end and tailgate. No car wash is perfect, but this one misses the mark way too often, especially for the price paid. A competitor is building a new car wash just a few blocks away and I'll be leaving this one once they open unless things change for the better.

I highly recommend this carwash! The membership allows me to wash and vacuum as much as I want (even daily) and the attendants are all very friendly and good workers.

I’ve been going to this car wash for 6/7 months before an associate called me a derogatory remark (regarding my sexuality) and threatened to fight me if I ever came back. I don’t even know this persons first name. This associate also stopped my car wash half way thru my service and left me with my car covered in soap still. Completely unprofessional. I’ve spoke to corporate multiple times in the last three weeks. They tell me go to a different location. No apology. Nothing. I’ve been told the last three times I’ve spoke with corporate that either the site or area manager would be in contact with me (they never emailed me/called)….. This happened 3 weeks ago. This associate is still employed there. I haven’t gotten a refund for my membership (that I only used once since its renewal & this happened)… All they have done is cancel my membership …. Wow. Thanks. They simply don’t realize how big of a deal this truly is. Isn’t this somewhat of a hate crime? I’m just in shock….. oh….. today was the third time I’ve had to call back since I haven’t been contacted yet & customer service hung up on me twice. One of the times was by a supervisor. Great customer service. At the wash, corporate….. overall such a great company… Do better Tital wave.

Have a friend that has a membership to your car wash. He was called out of his name and threatened by one of your employees. You're response to him was for your safety and everyone else's, you should find another car wash. WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW TO NOT USE YOUR SERVICE!! TRASH!!!!!!! UN PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE TRASH PEOPLE WORKING FOR YOU? CLUB CARWASH IT IS!!!!

I've been using this car wash since they opened in the area. Never had an issue, and the vacuums, rags, and spray cleaners are a nice touch.

I will not be coming back anymore. The man at the entrance trying to upsell you on a membership is rude, pushy, and honestly just in the way. I feel like im close to hitting him each time because he is so close. You also have to tell him multiple times that you don't want a membership, and once he finally swipes your card, he acts like you are stupid for not getting one. I understand it's his job to try and sell people on the memberships, but theres a difference between advertising it and shoving it down peoples throats....and this has been his attitude every time Ive been there. Then you have the issue of coming out from the over $20 car wash with your car still dirty....I would not recommend coming here and will plan on going somewhere else from now on.

Attendant only sprayed one side of our trunk and did not get our vehicle clean. Not impressed for the price. Will not go back.
