So went and saw Izzy for the second time today. First visit 2 mts ago got it trimmed and discussed color removal. Hair looked gooood! Booked this appt today...
Today I get there and she did not know what I was there for. Did a test strip to check color lifter....right in the middle of the back of my head. Came out bad so decided not to do it. She said she covered it. Now I have big orange streaks down the back of my head. I figured in 2 visits she could get that I wanted a V shape to the back of my head. No instead she framed my face unevenly. Barely touched the back and used a straight razor till my hair shape was a block again. Totally did not listen and my hair looks awful. Left that store sad and said I didnt like it and she didnt offer or even seem concerned. Just looked around like ho hum. Cool. Other stylists seem awesome. But sheeee just didnt seem like she was present. Wont go back.

I had a hair trim and loose perm. Jill was very professional, upbeat, welcoming, and meticulous to detail. She spoke passionately about her job, which made me feel like i was in good hands. Jill is attentive to whatever specifications you have and will honor them. I am very satisfied with the results!

Visited Izzy for my first visit to Texture. Izzy is knowledgeable, easy to talk with & my hair turned out fabulous! The salon is adorable - can't wait to shop the boutique next time.

Unprofessional work done by Asya? my wife wanted to get a hair color and booked appointments with Texture Salon. The first time when we got there, Asya told my wife that she don’t have enough time to get it done and also about $300 for service fees (rescheduled another day). After a week later my wife went back there for her appointment and it took about 7 hours to get her hair color done and it was charged by hourly ($626). Not even mentioned before it’ll charge by hourly. Do Not recommended at all.Service: Hair coloring

I was going to be a new customer but I was told after arriving at my appointment that my stylist was running around 15 minutes late. No problem, I would wait. After a 30 minute wait & no more communication I decided to just leave. About 8 minutes after leaving the stylist called expressing how sorry she was. Well, my time is just as valuable as her's and her other clients. Had some anyone ( again, anyone) had stopped to give me an update I would understand. Unfortunately, no one did so I left not to come back & now want to alert other potential new clients.Service: Haircut

Came here with my friend's bridal party over the weekend and they did amazing styles for all of us. I want to specifically shout Jill because I've know her since 2016 and she was the first person to cut my hair in 3 years and was also my first professional color. She's amazingly talented and cares about her clientele. When I met her I was very apprehensive but she heard me out and gave me beautiful ombre hair. I'm happy to have seen her one last time before I move out of state. Thank ya'll for amazing service!Services: Braids

5 stars all the way around not only where they able to get me in last min for an appointment for Saturday, but Izzy was awesome!!! Not only did she work her magic and gave me more then what I asked for in my look but she was able to get me in and out just in time for me to get ready for my party. Really liked the salon. First time here and was greeted as soon as I entered. Everyone was friendly and professional. Loved my cut! Danielle did a great job of listening to what I wanted and delivered 100%, even did my eyebrows at short notice! Love how it all turned out. Will definitely be coming back!!

Just want to say how appreciative I am of Mary. There was a scheduling mishap and I was unable to be seen on the day of my original appt on a Saturday. She offered to have me come in Monday after I got off work even though the salon is closed on Mondays.She took her time and delivered excellent service.I appreciate her so much for acknowledging the error and doing everything in her power to make things right.Thanks, Mary!

I was really nervous to try a new salon. I'm very specific with my hair. I normally go to Salon Aura, but they are booked through May, and I really needed a hair cut. My hair is extremely long, curly and thick. To the point where I am getting headaches. I called Texture Salon and they were able to get me in same day. Danielle was my stylist. She was lovely and welcoming, and was able to give me the cut I wanted in 1/4 of the time it usually takes my normal salon. She did a wonderful job, and I feel so much better losing all the hair. I will be going back, and I hope my next visit is just as pleasant.
