I have been a customer of Steve’s for as long as I remember. Not only is he extremely helpful, he is there whenever you need him. Whether it is during the work week or on the weekend, I am able to get a hold of him if something comes up regarding my insurance polices. Along with being a great agent, he is also an ethical and all around wonderful person. He is there to put your needs first. I would high recommend Steve as your insurance agent.

Steve Dodds has been so understanding and helpful since I've switched auto insurance. He always checks in on me and asks about my children. I love having that. I can't ask for a better insurance provider.

Very professional and responsive!We gathered some quotes for one of our Homeowners Association policies recently and Lisha and Steve were very professional and responsive. Getting a quote was easy and quick and best of all saved our association members over $300 annually! Cannot recommend them enough.On top of everything, you get to work with Lisha and Steve directly instead of an assistant. Not many agencies do that anymore, so refreshing!

First I am 100% happy with my agent Steve Dodds. I was with Steve's partner agent originally. Over the years Steve had helped me also. When his partner passed away, I was initially placed with a younger agent I did not know. It took a bit, and I was placed with yet another agent I didn't know. I wrote a letter to Framers and then I was assigned to Steve. Today Steve's partner is Lisha Dodds, his daughter in law. Lisha has also helped me. When Steve retires, I will go with his new agent partner. Over the years the Stephen R Dodds Agency has saved me money and advised me professionally they have made me 100% 5 Star Happy. Stephen has been our insurance agent for over 30 years . Obviously we would not have stayed with him and farmers if we were not completely satisfied with the service and attention he has given us . I wanted to take a minute to share with everyone the experiences that I have had with Steve. There has never been one instance that I have ever had when reaching out to him regarding my home owners, auto or health insurance that I have been made to wait for a response! Literally, he had always worked up quotes, verified questions concerning my coverages on the spot!! His quality of care can not be said, other than, I have never had the honor of dealing with a business professional such as himself ever before!
