Liz is incredible. Always cares, performs wonderfully and is kind and genuine. They need more staff and to lower their prices though. I tip big but the increase since 2020 is ridiculous.

Wanted a simple trim, got it. But surprised that a previously $7 job, was charged $20 ?!... - (I got a "full" trim w/wash, hot towel, and works for $25 at another Sports Clips). - Seems I was taken on that cost?... not too happy all round.

We called for a haircut today and the woman who answered the phone to assist us due to having issues scheduling online was extremely rude, almost comically (huffing and puffing included lol). Went to a different location and had great service however:)
