My little dog came there for grooming and left there itching with fleas. Did not have fleas before arriving and does not leave my house and not aloud to play with other pets. No help or explanation from owner. I won't be taking my dog there again.

Not very happy with how she cut my shipoos ears as it was red and scraped and sore inside ears and didn't get water out of his ears which caused infection. Will not be taken him back as he was shaking and more scared then hes ever been to get groomed there.

Our golden retriever absolutely loves going to see Shelly. We say beauty shop and she sprints to the door. That has not always been the case. Shelly does a great job and Piper trust her. Enough said!

We bring all of our dogs to Shelly's 2 German shepherds and an Aussie they've always done a great job and our dogs dont come home all stressed out.

Recently took my pet to Shellys. I was greeted by Shelly and gave her my directions for grooming my pet. She seemed to be listening and I left feeling confident that those directions would be followed. Of the 3 clear and simple instructions, only one was followed. My pet looks nothing like it should. Very disappointed in Shellys Pet Parlour.
