My husband and I love to come to the Branch in 36th street in Bellevue because Maria always has done everything at perfection! Not once she has done a mistake, you need more employees like her.We both have a bank account, car loan, and other type of accounts with cobalt for many years and we are so thankful that Maria is here to take care of your customers like she does.

This is the best staff at the best location, hands down. They make banking not stressful and are the friendliest staff out there. It looks and feels like a bank it's not too overly modernized. 10/10 Recommend to anyone.

Surrendered the key fob over 60 days ago, on the 27 October they took all my money. In less then 2 weeks I'll be homeless all my possessions thrown awaythey have no humanity just there way of choosing how to destroy one who's been facing threats on my life.

I had to deal with this company through an auto loan I had with them they were bad when they were sac and they even worse now do not do business with this company at all they are the most scamming sneaky company I’ve ever done business with at that time I’m so glad I’m done with them. I would give them a negative 0.

The biggest mistake of my life was to accept a car loan from Cobalt. First they decided to change my monthly payments without my approval saying they need a proof of insurance. I called my insurance and fax the information to them. I specifically ask someone there if i do not pay the extra monthly payment right now it will affect my payment history and he said no that they will change the payment as soon as they get the documents from my insurance. 3 months went by nobody said anything to me until I received a note from my credit score reporting late payment from cobalt. I called and they told me that my insurance doesn't meet the criteria(why you didn't tell me three months ago?). I called my insurance and updated my collision deductible. My insurance sent the new information again to them and it is already one week still nothing. As I am writing this they put me on hold on the phone for 30 minutes. It looks like nobody wants to talk to me.

We have an auto loan with Cobalt. We have paid more than our monthly payment since the beginning. They keep putting late fees and insurance fees (which we have proven to them we have had) and we keep having to fight with management on this. Cobalt has been frodulent and underhanded since they bought out SAC credit union. SAC was honest and followed banking laws. Cobalt has partook in many illegal and deceitful practices; including illegally garnishing a federal benefit for a disabled veteran, deleting banking records, and various other incidences. This is on our account alone. With their dishonest practices, hopefully they will be investigated by the FBI. These deceitful and illegal banking practices are very much like an affront to terrorism and money laundering.

Have been member over 40 years and recently considered finding somewhere else to bank - the rates are great, but customer service had really gone down. But yesterday stopped by the branch at the OAFB BX and was blown away by the young people working there. Polite, smiling, happy to help. And they exceeded expectations by offering service - would I like some cash back? The kind of thorough thoughtfulness you just dont see much anymore. Well done!!!
