I was impressed. Rush Towing was on site when they promised, which was faster than I expected, loaded my vehicle quickly and was on the road in no time. The driver was courteous and fast, and watching him work made me confident that my car would get to the service station safely. The truck was also well kept and clean. Overall a professional company and I highly recommend based on my experience.

I have road side assistance. My insurance company coordinated pickup of my vehicle at the parking lot where I work. The ETA given was 90-120 minutes. My husband mistakenly said 60-120 minutes and at the 60 min mark, I called my insurance company for the status of the pickup. They reached out to Rush Towing and they had gotten to the site 20 min prior, saw no one next to the vehicle, and left.My complaint is not that they were early. It is that when given a 90-120 min window, any reasonable and prudent person would continue working while they waited for the tow. I don't have time to sit and scroll social media for 2 hrs.If I didn't call my insurance company at the 60 min mark, I would've waited another 60 min for the tow that was never coming. Why didn't they call when they arrived on site before leaving? Why didn't they call my insurance company to let them know I'm not in the area? Now I'm waiting for a different towing company to come for my vehicle that won't arrive until 4:30 pm. The tire shop closes at 6 pm. My son's day care closes at 6 pm. Now I have to coordinate transport and pickup for myself and my son for the day. This is a complete fyre fest and completely unnecessary if they had just picked up the phone and called.
