Went here to find a dress for my daughter for homecoming. It didn't take long at all, and she found 2 dresses that she loved one for home coming and one for prom, and we only spent $90 on dresses! We absolutely love Ross. Although staff could use customer service training, we still love Ross stores!

Clean and spacious shopping environment. Decent selection of women's clothing, well organized. Unfortunately neither the changing room attendant nor the cashier were very friendly. A smile and a kind word would go a long way!

9 customers waiting on line with only 1 cashier. Couldn't find a sales associate on the floor at all. The store has quite a few shoppers who let their kids run around the store while they shopped. But, I was looking for black cotton underwear NOT made in China, found 3 pair and the prices were very reasonable

Really crowded and they need to organize their store just to clear it and clean it up a little better to where you can see things. And not have everything crammed together.
