The most ridiculous property management ever. They have the worst maintenance they do not take care of there tenants at all and find excuses for everything. I will be turning them in anybody and everyone I can.

Unfortunately this is the rental company for on base. They gave my wife a house im pretty sure they didn’t even walk through or check themselves. Spider webs in the kitchen. A blew out light. Had to call someone for the hot water. There was a big storm one day so a tree fell in our yard, we called them it took them damn near a month to get the tree. They got the tree on a Monday then put a notice on our door wensday saying if we didn’t cut the yard where the tree has been laying the past few months we will get charged which is INSANE considering it took y’all this long and we had one day (me and my wife are secfo so we work 12s) to cut grass randomly. Then don’t get me started on the work orders. Once again idk if the house is just old or what but the screen door somehow popped off the wooden frame when coming inside. Put in a work order almost 3 weeks ago nothing. Our toilet is clogged so me and my wife can’t even use the only bathroom in our house, surely that’s an emergency or a big deal? It’s been a week and all they can do is put in a work order. Don’t make the same mistake we did and live on base with this company maybe there off base housing is better or better yet just THIS house. But that’s my experience so far.

If you have the money live somewhere else. We power washed our trash cans before we moved out and apparently that wasn’t clean enough and they charged us $100. And another $100 for carpet cleaning when weshampoord the floor ourselves multiple times. Houses are poor quality, yard rules seem to apply to some people but not others, there are almost no trash cans on the street or at the playgrounds so dog poop is everywhere. I could go on and on.

I had 6 service orders open with Maintenance and James (service tech) came out and completed all of them. He was detailed and made sure they were complete before he left. I have full confidence in his ability and dedication to taking care of our community.

James came and fixed the water leak from the outside box that had been damaged months ago in another storm but was now causing water to leak in garage from last night's storm
He was awesome even did prevention on the other boxes outside windows due to age of house

James came out and looked at our fridge that had stopped working over the weekend. He replaced the thermostat in hopes that it would solve the problem, when it did not he contacted me straight away the next morning and was here in under 5 minutes to confirm the fix didn't work and started looking for a new fridge for us. I couldn't ask for better service. Patiently waiting for a new fridge to be found.

Rising View will nickel and dime you for everything when moving out. Sad that companies like this get the contract to take care of base housing. All they care about is profit. Try to stay out of base housing here. After reading reviews others have left, seems like I am not the only one that has experienced this unfortunately. Save yourself the headache and buy or rent elsewhere.

Management sucks and there’s mold in most of the homes. Most of the maintenance guys are friendly and try to fix it right the first time but they often have to come out multiple times to get things fixed. Homes are very cheaply done

The houses aren’t bad, the office and maintenance staff were decent, & living here honestly wasn’t “awful”, but leaving was an absolute nightmare. We lived in our house for a single year, and were charged nearly $2000 to have two small holes on siding replaced. This has to be the absolute worst military housing as far as charges go. When moving, you can clean yourself & risk them charging you for every tiny little thing at absurd prices, or you can use (and only use) one of their approved house cleaners. I heard TONS of horror stories before moving, and should’ve listened.
If you can, just stay away.
