I have not yet gone to the facilities I just enrolled, but I do want to say I was having issues getting my account set up on the app, so I called my PF location (Bellevue NE) to help me out with the bar code and all that and the lady that responded the phone was automatically so friendly, when I asked about the gym and more info she was so helpful with all the info needed so Thank you to the Manager Nicole. :)
I will leave another review after I go to facility:)

I had a terrible experience with Planet Fitness recently. I called to discuss changing my membership plan, and the representative I spoke with, Kaitlin, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was dismissive from the start and seemed uninterested in helping me. To make matters worse, in the middle of our conversation, she abruptly hung up on me! This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected better from Planet Fitness, and I'm seriously reconsidering my membership. Customer service should be a priority, and clearly, it isn't at this location.

I had a bad experience with an employee named Kaitlyn. She was very rude and unprofessional. She hung up the phone on me several times while I was trying to get help from switching to a new plan. Because of this, I no longer think that this place is for me.

Went there with a friend a guy and a lady were working 5-30-2024 at 11:15pm guy was ok the lady absolutely should not be working at planet fitness never have I had such a horrible unprofessional person wait on me in my life I could give 0 stars!!

Everyone at the check out desk is always really nice. I see Nicole and Alexa more than anyone so I've come to really appreciate them. This gym does have a lot of variety especially with machines and even those in attendance. From pros to newbies and everyone is able to go at their own pace. Can't have a gym without some lunks but they are few and far between. Nothing to write home about. I wish some people would clean the machines when they were done, for some reason they think their time is more important than others and that's just not true. You're as germy as the rest of us, please clean up. Thankfully the staff cleans common areas often so they gym stays really clean and that's always a plus for me.
