I have had only good experiences with boarding my Wheaten at Paddington's. He is so much less anxious acting after staying there than when I've used other dog day care places. It's very clean. No music rocking out like at one local place. The staff here seem to be more professional. I don't expect everyone working with dogs to be dog experts or experienced at all, but at least you can dress nicely & use good customer skills, which they have at Paddington's.

Paddington Station Kennel took good care of our cat during our 10-day vacation. What underlined the quality of care was that our cat is not used to being away from home, and when stressed, he typically won't eat. However, during his stay at Paddington Station, he maintained his weight. This was certain evidence that he was not stressed and was fed appropriately, a testament to their care. One small critique is that they offer photos of your pet for an additional fee. I contracted for a daily photo, and out of the 10 days only received two photos, the second of which I had to prompt to receive. This is a simple service to provide to pet owners, and if they offer it they should make good on their service offering--especially if we have contracted to pay for the service in advance. Good experience, but could be great with consistent service offerings as they advertise.

Great experience every time. We've boarded our cats here for years and it goes well. Only minor concern is that the cats come home sneezing every single time they board, so just be prepared for that. But they're great people and the cats always come home fat and happy.

They told us last minute (when we showed up) that they would be closed on a day we had already scheduled to pick up our cats. this caused us to spend another night and messed up our vacation plans we had scheduled with them months in advance. i feel as though our cats were not attended to on the day they were closed. they came home smelling like they had been bathed but it was not mentioned to us and we werent charged for it. they came home and overate until they vomited. its very unsettling.

These folks run a great pet boarding operation. Scheduling is super easy and my dogs are always excited to go. Lots of additional services offered at a fair price. There’s a reason I’ve been using them for years.

They did a great job with my Mila. Milas an Australian cattle dog mix, so she can be kinda energetic about her walks to put it lightly, and her breed can be prone to separation anxiety, but she was happy when dropped off, and happy at pick up. Thank you to all the staff that worked with her!

I boarded my cats here for 5 nights.I have never boarded my cats before but due to unfortunate circumstances I had to board them over the holidays. I was very pleased with the whole experience. The staff were friendly and professional. The facility looked clean and they were thorough with how I needed my cats taken care of. When I got them back they didn’t stink and, while they obviously wanted to go home, they seemed like they had been taken care of very well. If i ever need to board my pets again I will take them here.

I recently had my cats, Salem 2 year old and Luna 6 month old, stay at Padddington Station over Christmas. I usually prefer to have my cats stay at my home but I didn't feel comfortable asking friends and family to check on them over the holiday. I was really nervous to have them boarded but the staff at Paddington Station made me feel very reassured about my cats staying there. They stayed for about 2 weeks. I called and checked on them several times and the staff was always very friendly and answered my questions without hesitation. They would take my cats out into the main area to have play time which I really appreciated because Luna has a lot of energy. There was a storm while we were away but they had someone there the whole time and had a backup generator if they lost power. When I picked them up the staff seemed to understand thier personalities which was an awesome sign of how well they took care of them. My cats came home and immediately fell back into thier routine and didn't seem very stressed. I will definitely be using Paddington Station again for my cats if I run into the situation where I can't have someone come to my house. I highly recommend this place, the staff was amazing with my kitties and they are cheaper than other places in the area. Thank you Paddington Station!

Our dog has received great care from Paddington every time we've boarded him there. He comes home relaxed and happy.

My pet was there for three days and her left hind quarter looked as though she got into a brawl. Her paws were cut from who knows what. I don’t think she was drinking to much water because when she got home she emptied the dish and had to refill it and drank 3/4s of that. Plus they sprayed her with perfume to hide something. Her coat was so filthy that I had to bath her.

The staff truly cares about each dog and goes above and beyond to get to know everything about your pet. They work hard to ensure an enjoyable stay for them. They care about each animal as if it was their own. Great staff!

We were customers of Paddington Station many moons ago. Due to military life we had left the area and now are back and are now using their services again. When we dropped off our babies we were unaware of the change in ownership. This did concern us at first. But after speaking to the weekend staff we felt more than confident in their abilities as a boaeding business. After we picked up our dogs we were 100% satisfied with how are dogs were treated .They were 100% HAPPY!They were 100% Stress free!They were 100% Clean!They were 100% fed properly!THEY WILL 100% be back!!!If you have ever seen the movie Marley and Me, well our Kuma is Marley!! Thank you so much for the break and thank you for the care of both Kuma and Okami! They will be back!!!
