Absolutely amazing to work with these guys! I've had some very bad experiences at Great Western Bank. I'm so glad I made the decision to make the transition among financial institutions. They greet every customer that comes in the door, generally not much of a wait time, and they truly value their customers across the board.

I love the professionalism that greets you as soon as you go in. They are efficient and i can usually get any issue I come in with resolved. Even if I call I always have pleasant conversations with whoever I talk to. Navy Federal must be a great place to work because I haven't had a bad experience yet.

Struggling with how to review because their policies have changed due to Coronavirus. You have to wait outside and someone comes out to see what type of transaction you want to do. Customers are limited to a 10-minute transaction - time inside. So if what you need to do will take longer, then you have to call or handle your business online. I'm not sure if it is all Navy Fed locations or just this particular one. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and basing my rating on our interaction with the employees. Came today to open a new bank account. Because filing out the form and setting up the account would take longer than 10 minutes inside we had to fill out the paperwork in our car. Then gave them our paperwork and driver's licenses and waited until they called us. Because we also wanted to get preapproved for a car loan and they weren't able to do those in the branches (or at least this branch), we had to call. Hoping to save time I called while waiting for them to call us to come inside. But turns out they couldn't help us online until we had our account number. It took about 20 minutes from the time we gave them our paperwork until they called us inside. Once inside it was a pretty straightforward process. Although, I'm pretty sure it took longer than 10 minutes LOL but that's okay. Went back outside to call and start the process for a car loan. The employees were friendly and helpful. Tip: When opening a new account ask about the $5 bonus. It's not always mentioned so you may want to ask. Had I not asked, we wouldn't have gotten it. Keep on the lookout for the larger bonuses like several hundred for opening a new account. No big bonus offered right now.

Shout out to Joe! The bank teller who has helped us count my daughter's $14 coins!! Superb job! What an excellent customer service! Very helpful! Outstanding individual!!! Five star rating because of this individual! He offered help cause they don't have coin counter machine. Pat on the back!!!!! I
