This NAPA is getting pretty bad. Their parts are the most expensive generally. Their store hours are the shortest. They don’t document your purchases, so you have to hang on to your receipts and the receipt paper is slick and the print easily disappears, similar to most places now days. Every other auto parts store tracks your purchases. If you do have the receipt, good luck deciphering what part it is, its in some sort of code. If the part purchased is an alternator, print out the whole word “alternator” on the receipt. Generally long lines here as only one person usually working.

Average retailer based on my recent/last visit; CSRs scurrying around bypassed customers; lone, poor CSR handling caller but acknowledged me only to inform me they don't read codes since pandemic (made sense). They're more than happy to sell me a code reader - HARD pass.
