Replaced complete engine and was on the money with what I was quoted. Many other shops have quoted me prices and it always seems to be more than the original quote. I have also brought my sons car in for repair, also told several people about my experience at Midlands Auto Repair and will continue to do so.

Charged me 1500 dollars to replace my headlight's. Guess I can only blame myself, but this is the only way I could vent my frustration. (Thought they were trustworthy) I do not have invoice on hand or I would take a picture; however, the vehicle was a 2013 Subaru outback and the location of the place I am talking is 1012 W 24th Ave, Bellevue, NE 68005, I know this to be true being it is up the street from my house. No mistakes on where this job was done just in case my friends need work so I can tell them where to avoid.

Pete was very friendly and helpful. I truly loved that they gave me an estimate after looking at my cars engine and they don't make you feel obligated to go with their service. Once they were done looking at my car, gave me the estimate and I called a couple days later and set a date to get my car taken care of. I will definitely be going back when I need repairs on my vehicles.

Customer service interaction was good. Was told of techs experience in working on high end vehicles.i asked this prior to bringing the car in as it's difficulty getting service manuals for this specific model of vehicle. Shop assured me they would be able to figure it out still. 2 weeks later I received a call that they could not figure out the issue and could invest couple $k in time for them to diagnose and troubleshoot the vehicle or I end it there and just pay for there time they had put into it now. I Wasted money on a diagnosis that resulted in nothing which is why I as a customer was transparent about if work could be done or not. This is now the second shop that has done this and had already expressed my discomfort with the first shop. This is now the 2nd shop to leave me feeling taken advantage of.

The guys at Midlands have saved me from having to buy a new car, as well as save me over $1000 and repairs of my wife’s vehicle. They have been the most honest and patient mechanic shop i’ve ever done business with.

Midlands team is great. I’ve had to drop off my old car via tow truck more than once and they always get me fixed up quickly. They also worked well with my other vehicle dealing with my warranty company. Definitely recommend these guys.

Routine oil change, then had them inspect brakes for wear! Gave an honest evaluation and we can safely drive an additional period without repair or concern! Midlands Bellevue is the 1st place I recommend when someone needs a honest mechanic shop!

These guys are awesome, they work with me on making sure I get my car back the same day I take it in because it's the only vehicle I have for me and my kids. Absolutely taking my vehicle back to them if I need the help.

Absolutely love Midlands Auto Repair. Ryan is absolutely the best. Always friendly and honest!
We had to have some more work done on our car, Pete was absolutely courteous and friendly. Our car was fixed in the same day and much cheaper than we thought it would be. They truly are an amazing company!
