HORRIBLE INSURANCE. Their customer service sucks, their rates are way too high especially since the insurance is horrible, roadside assistance is a joke I sat on the interstate for 4 1/2 hours IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT with a flat waiting for a tow, that I had to pay extra money for cause I was a mile over their tow limit THE TOW TRUCK NEVER SHOWED. Once I find better insurance I’m definitely canceling.

I talked to someone she couldn't even help me she just do home insurance I wanted car insurance so I don't know what that was about but okay

Worst insurance company.Their insured hit me and they won’t cover the damages because the insured advised the car was sold 6 months ago. YET the vehicle that hit me is still insured under the policy?Customer services and the adjusters give the run around. I understand that your job is to be on your insureds side but right is right wrong is wrong.Your insured hit my vehicle and should be held accountable.They left the scene I obtained a video I have the proof. Why not handle the situation the correct way.
