Every time I'm at JoAnn Fabrics in Bellevue, it's always an enjoyable shopping experience. This 5 star rating is for Sophia. My experience at Joanns was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a young lady named Sophia. Her customer service skills were off the charts!! She was attentive and knowledgeable, and comes across as genuinely wanting you to have the best shopping experience. Joann Fabrics is lucky to have you!!!

The people who arrange the bolts of fabric and cut it for customers are great. The checkers are awesome, especially Sophia.

Online orders are always canceled even when it shows as in stock online. And after it's canceled, the items still show as available online. The store is run down. Bathroom is gross. I've been to many Joann's across the country, and this one is definitely the worst. I'll just drive to Omaha or CB.

JoAnns is 1 of the best places in town. You cannot like the store. They are helpful at each store. We go for the SALES!!!

I am thoroughly disappointed in JoAnns and I have been a regular shopper. I was in need of some silicone beads for a project and this location said they had many in stock. First the store was a disaster and so messy, like no one has straightened in a week, nothing was stocked and all in totes, secondly my mom and I went searching up and down the bead aisle with no luck, THIRDLY we ask one of two associates for help and she walks us over to a flatbed cart with totes of stock on them and says they’re probably in here and walks away, doesn’t even bother helping to look. I have never been so upset and disappointed in a store, not sure I will be coming back for anything after this.

How can you be out of gift cards on the 20th of December? I drove to Council Bluffs and they had plenty. Seems like someone would take the initiative to go get a few from another store.

I looked online to see if the Bellevue Nebraska store had the 12 skeins of yarn available in the 3 colors I needed. The online site showed they were available, however when I arrived at the store there were none. I asked a couple of sales women and a manager if they could locate assist me in locating them and I was told they were in the back storage, but they were unable to go through all the boxes to locate them. I asked what would happen if I would have ordered them online to pick up in the store and their response was that they would have cancelled the order when I showed up to pick it up. Not ok and very inefficient, lackadaisical customer service. Hire more employees JoAnn.I will be purchasing the bulk of my yarn and other craft things elsewhere. I'm surprised Joann's brick and mortar stores are still open.JoAnn's in store selections are lacking. Issues with customer service and online ordering has major issues. In the past I have placed an order online my bank approved the charge, buy on JoAnn's side the transaction did not complete. I called the 800m number they were unable to assist. Their only comment was to tell me to wait 10 or so days and the transaction would drop out of my bank account hold status and my funds would be released.JoAnn's in store and online experience seems and feels inefficient and antiquated.
