All of my experiences with Jensen's tire and auto in Bellevue and on Galvin Road are terrible!! They have screwed everything up, even my oil changes!
There are too many reputable places to spend my money and I won't be going back.

I originally went to Firestone with a set appointment to get 4 new tires. They failed to tell me until I got there that they only had 2 of my tires and tried to upsell me to get 4 different tires. I called around to get different quotes and Jensen Tire and Auto had 4 tires around my price range and were able to have the tires there within the hour. They made the process so easy and got the job done quickly. I was very satisfied and will be back! Thank you.

Great service. Went for a quick tire rotation. They found a small leak in one of the tires, fixed it and had me out the door in 40 minutes!

I have been to other Jensen tires and I feel great about this location! Allen and the crew are great guys and I don’t feel like I would get lied to about anything or work needing to be done, that really doesn’t. Knowledgeable and answer all my questions and concerns, truthfully! They let me know what’s needed now or what can wait!!

They were able to get my car in at a moments notice and perform the services that were needed in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable compared to other places that I had checked out. I will definitely be doing business with them again.
