Scheduling a service appointment can be a hassle, but this experience was surprisingly smooth. I booked online a week in advance and got a couple of friendly reminder emails leading up to the day. When I arrived, Pat guided me through the necessary forms and giving me a heads-up on how long the process would take.I had been putting off getting the oil change because I'm lazy, then I got a recall from Honda and decided to do both at one location. I had totally forgotten about the free oil change and tire rotation that came with my Honda purchase from a different location a year ago. Pat's time estimate was spot on, and what I appreciated the most was the transparency with the pricing. Everything was laid out clearly before the service, sparing me the surprise hidden fees that can sour the mood - a far cry from a previous ordeal with Nissan. If only all service appointments were this seamless.

I saw a vehicle they had in stock was very much interested in and when I called, the receptionist was very, very rude. Not to mention the fact a friend of mine who is in the automotive industry took his daughter down to Honda of Bellevue and they were treated terribly. The daughter wanted to test drive a couple vehicles to get "a feel" and to see what she would like and the staff wouldn't even give them the time of day. Sad matter of the fact is....my 2002 Honda was a "Bellevue purchase" and trust me.....I will not be going back there.

I have shopped around to see which Honda dealer will give me the best option. I have to say this one is by far the worst compared to the other two Honda dealerships. You have the MSRP of the vehicle then they will add an accessory fee of $2000 that is not optional. You as the purchaser do not have the option to decline it. Overall I think Omaha/Bellevue area is one of the worst places I've encountered to purchase a vehicle.

We did not buy a car there only because we didn't find our "perfect " car. But I highly recommend this place based on our salesman, Jay Murphy. He was great! No pressure, so nice, professional, relaxed. If the car we liked had been a color other than blue, we would have bought it. Thank you Jay!!!

No matter where I live in Omaha, this is the only place I go to get my car serviced. On top of that, I always ask for Terri Adams as my service technician. It's hard to find an honest and trustworthy place/person to take your car too, but this is it.Take note too Honda, Terri Adams is the reason you get 5 stars and why I keep coming back!

Was charged by the service department for something that was not actually fixed. At my next visit, asked to be credited for paying over $70 for nothing. Was denied. Will not be back.

(I'm posting a more thorough, detailed review)I scheduled appointments for both of my cars 12/20/21 at 8 AM and 8:30 AM. The service department was already behind schedule by 2 hours when I dropped off my 8:30 AM appointment. Seems odd when the first appointment available is 7 AM. Maybe don't overbook your schedule.The service clerk attempted to argue that I only scheduled one of my vehicles for an appointment even after I showed confirmation via text message.I figure I'm just going to start taking my vehicles elsewhere for service.

Amazing experience at this dealership! I worked with Bruce Smith and he made an amazing offer that no other area dealership would. Even threw in other accessories at the last second for free to sweeten the deal. Extremely smooth experience from start to finish. if you need a Honda, see Bruce @ Honda Cars of Bellevue!
