Disappointed. I went in to see what bikes they had for sale, walked the entire place, and looked at bikes, helmets, and clothes. The only time I saw an employee was as I was leaving the store. I'll give my money to someone else. I still gave 2 stars because they have a great selection of gear.

Purchased my new Tenere 700 from George and Sharon. Very pleasurable experience and upfront pricing. They have been great on the communication side as well. I hope my next bike is a Yamaha just so I can go back here. Mechanic was also knowledgeable on break-in procedure.

Didn't even take my boat or motor to them. Just the attitude on the phone to try and schedule a service time to bring it in was rude. Customer service and asking questions is part of your job. I hope this place goes under.

Sharon is the best, service is very accommodating and professional; we purchased a used boat out of state and the service and help we’ve received to get our boat going has been incredible from Hats Off. We live in Bennington and make the trip down there because it’s worth it- they’ll continue to get our business.

Have an older Yamaha motorcycle with only 1 key and have been trying (unsucessfully) to have a spare key cut. The Yamaha blanks are not readily available except through a Yamaha dealer at over $30 a shot so your run of the mill key cutter does not have the blanks on hand. Spoke with Sharon and she pointed me to a local sources that has the masters and can cut one at a substantial savings. Thank you Sharon and Hats Off Motorsports for taking care of your customers...
