This place became terrible when First Interstate took over from Great Western. The employees are still great, but how business is done has gone down hill severely. I've taken all accounts but one elsewhere and cannot wait to move that last one.

Worst banking experience I have had. Constantly having problems with their system and customer service is slow as could be. Takes months for a new debit card to arrive and when it finally does, it never works. Take your banking needs elsewhere.

I have ordered a new debit card from them, was tol it would be no more than 3 weeks top, it has been over 5 weeks and still nothing, was told that they can't track the card either, really infuriating!

Go to a bank that actually values their customers! The entire time I was with this bank, they constantly were depositing my money into various accounts, and the new e-banking app resulted in a big disappointment. It's an absolute disorganized mess. It doesn't let you log in half the time, making you constantly verify yourself, crashes, etc. When I finally made the decision to close my accounts and move elsewhere, they didn't even care. The guy basically said "okay, see you later." Not even taking an interest to hear what my issues/concerns were. They don't greet you when you walk in or anything. They act like you are inconveniencing them whenever you come in. I have since went to Navy Federal Credit Union, where they truly value their customers!

THIS IS A HORRIBLE NEW BANK SINCE THEY BECAME FIRST INTERSTATE BANK DO NOT USE THEM FIND ANOTHER BANK HAVE TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 TIMES TO LOG IN TO MY NEW ACCOUNT SINCE IM NOW LOCKED OUT AND IT KEEPS HANGING UP THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER USED.

Terrible bank - they change their terms and agreements on a whim. Also, the only upside is they have banks all around town. Editing: learned that they changed ownership which is why they changed terms and agreements probably but still not satisfied you get charged a fee if you don’t meet their “conditions”. Some banks are free to have an account.. recommending to go check those out instead!

Great western bank is a great place to do business. The branch manager Amanda is very helpful and knowledgeable on what to do if a problem happens.
