In the last month I withdrew A $ 2200 withdrawal and A $ 250 from my checking account. I went to the teller to do this. I wasn’t asked for my id both times. I don’t know if the bank will take care of my problem when they give away all of my money. Somebody could have come into the bank impersonating me. If you need to your money to live on don’t open an account with this bank.

Until First Interstate bought GWB, I was pretty happy. Since the ownership change, service went downhill fast. After several problems, the last straw - monthly statements for Jan & Feb 22 aren't available online. 2021 statements are, but not Jan & Feb. I've been trying for a week to get those statements, keep getting told a manager has to request them. Finally got told it'd take 3 days to get them to me. They were going to send them ordinary email, which violates consumer privacy and personal data protection standards. I had to insist on them being sent secure email. This was Nov. 1; it's now Nov. 7 and I still don't have the statements, nor do I have a confirmation that they've been even been requested. The service ticket I created online was closed out without confirmation that the statements had been requested. A Linked In note to First Interstate's president has gone unanswered. Changing banks for sure.

I originally gave this bank four stars. I'm changing it to one star due to the sudden monthly fees. I had been banking here for over 10 years, but I'm taking my business elsewhere now.

This is the worst branch I’ve ever dealt with and will be leaving GWB here shortly. I’ve opened an account elsewhere. Alexandria is the WORST BANKER I have ever experienced and ever worked with. She is snooty and inconsiderate. I don’t ever leave reviews but felt it was necessary with this one. Do NOT bank here and do not have her as your BANKER.

Closed are accounts today because of them charging up for have below minimum in are kids saving account. Pointed out to the personal banker that they are advertising no minimum saving account. Her response was well you had the old saving account. Well when we signed up for that savings account there was no minimum either

I would not advise even an enemy to bank here. Sneaky fees that wipe your bank account clean. Tellers named Jennifer who Do NOT excude politeness and customer care. Legitimate customer questions directed to bankers over the phone who do not care to address your concerns only to threaten you with additional “research fees.†Keep your money safe elsewhere.
