The service here is not good at all. Let me clarify, the online service/phone service, is terrible. I know a couple of people that go here to get their hair done so it hurts me to give such a low rating.
As this is the only place I can find locally that can do braids/dreads, I have been trying to contact someone to see if, A. It’s possible at this location, B. What the cost of it would be.
I think it was a month or two ago when I had the opportunity to actually go in and talk to someone on a Saturday. I was told I could leave my name and phone number and what I was asking about for the person who does the hairstyle and said person would get back to me. Now (5/2/24) I have yet to get a response. And not for lack of trying. I have called every week since, trying to talk to someone. Where I work I’m not able to make it in one the 2 1/2 days they are open. Though I know when the hours are and I call accordingly. At this point I am no longer interested in doing business with a place that 1. Does not answer the phone, 2. Does not have accessible hours, 3. Does not call back when they said they would.
I hope that if this comment gets read that it will help management fix their service problem. Good day

Clean and very, friendly atmosphere. The stylist was able to get my daughter in and out in a reasonable amount of time with a style that was sophisticated and regal just in time for her prom.
