Terrible customer service! Did not return voicemail or Facebook messages. Rarely answers the phone. Closes early without notice. Doesn’t verify packages received by FedEx. Claims my transfer was forgot on the truck. I work in shipping and receiving, I know how FedEx ground works. When I asked about this, he was very rude and said I should shop local. DO NOT SHOP THERE!

Went there with my wife to pick up a couple pistol lowers and some coffee. After looking around the store for a bit and not seeing any coffee, we asked Nick about it and learned they no longer carried it. Seeing our disappointment, as we loved it, Nick actually went in the back and ended up hooking us up with his last batch. Better customer service is hard (if not impossible) to find.As far as their non-coffee related services, they are always fair priced, prompt, and all around easy to work with. Definitely recommend Fort Crook Armory.

I had several questions while building my first 308 (M5), they helped me out even put my upper together for me within a hour. I could not have asked for better customer service or been treated better. I will be back for future builds and for more advice.
