I loved the little puffer fish and axolotls here. Will definitely be going back for more fish when I get more money. The owner is super knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend

Had some cool fish but not a great selection. The prices for the fish I was interested in were reasonable. The owner was nice and seemed knowledgeable.My biggest complaint was the state of the tanks. Almost every tank had blackbeard algae /blue-green algae so much so that I wouldn't want to buy for fear of getting it even into my quarantine tanks.I feel like if more effort was put into tank maintenance and store cleanliness this could be a must go to store, but in its current condition I would only go if petco didn't have what I needed and I didn't want to leave bellevue.

They have some of the most fantastic fish. My favorite was a Hairy a Puffer Fish ?. Cute as can be plus some really cool exotic fish I've never heard of but the owner is super nice and he builds the aquarium for you and your new friend. Great place.

Many of the aquariums are very much unkept, not a super great selection of fish and pricing is ridiculously high based on other stores for sure. Also the guy decided to hover over me like I was some punk kid wanting to rob the place, it was extremely annoying. Dude should probably focus more on making the store itself more presentable and cleaning the tanks up to look like someone cares about the fish rather than creeping on folks walking through.

We were just stopping by on our way back from out-of-state to see the stock of discus. I'm guessing the guy helping us was the owner, he was super cool to talk with and very knowledgeable about the hobby. We didn't buy anything just because we were looking for something so specific, which kind of comes along with the discus hobby. I glanced at some of his other stock, which seemed like if you're looking for something different than what's in the chain stores, this would be the place to come. His prices were right in line with other places as far as what you expect to pay for quality stock. I mean, if you want cheap priced fish, you're going to get cheap fish.... I just think he needs to up his game on his tank maintenance a bit, I think that would help boost sales. That was my only reason for 4 out of 5 stars.

After making a purchase of various fish totaling $150ish we acclimated and introduced them to our established thriving 75 gallon. Not even a week later we had lost 3/4 of the new fish and quite a few of our other fish. Our water parameters were pristine. We did everything we could to attempt to stop whatever was going on. We are partially at fault for not quarentining the new fish. But with such high reviews we felt ok adding them directly to our tank. We will no longer being doing business with this establishment and encourage others to do a quarantine on any fish purchased here!

This is an aquatic store that we walked into and walked right back out of 5 minutes later. The tanks weren't clean, the fish didn't look like they were doing so hot. No staff member was readily available or even visible. The stock on the shelves wasn't that great of a selection. You'd be better served at literally any of the other local stores.

Love this store! Always a new and great selection of fish (plus all the garden variety stuff as well) The owner is super cool and to be honest the most knowledgeable of any of the stores in the area. Never had any of his fish die, never brought sickness into our tank, always happy with our purchases. 5 stars all day.

Went in to the store in 2020. Many tanks filled with sick or dying fish. Some employee maybe owner or just staff didnt care and commented about he gets annoyed when people tell him there's a dead fish. Pretty sad.
