I’m seriously losing my mind lately. I thought I had already rated this location, but on discovering l that the 5 stars were not filled in I figured it out. So my apologies to Stephanie and Janice (deli) These ladies are extremely kind all of the time. Their customer service skills are OFF THE CHARTS!! Stay FABULOUS!! Family Fare is lucky to have you both!!

Still one of the best local places to find foods that you can't find easily at Baker's or HyVee, such as toast beef flavored ramen and inexpensive dried spices and herbs needed in a pinch, not to mention my favorite preserves.

My wife and I have been shopping here for many years even thoe there prices are high , the quality of the produce and meats is not that good, we shop there because its convenient being only a few blocks away. We spend 1000$ a month there , however after my last visit , the cashier was rude and snotty, when i returned home my wife said i had the wrong wine , i returned with the unopened wine and receipt. They refused to exchange or refund and did so with disrespect. From now on we will take our shopping needs to baker's. I would rather go out of my way than support a establishment that does not put customers service a priority!

Poor selection of produce and other merchandise. It is common for me to accidentally purchase expired products. Parking lot is full of craters. Bathrooms are rarely clean.

Older store in need of an update.
The workers are friendly and helpful.
Use the app for deals. The retail prices are nuts.
Good beer selection.
