Never any problems great store. Except why have 2 doors and never EVER unlock them both. Its great trying to enter you open the door and wait for everyone else to come out before you go in

I did an online order for pickup.. and I sat in line and waited for it during my correct pickup time. As soon as I get to the front they said they never received my order and there was nothing they could do about it. I tried showing them my email and confirmation number, and they wouldn’t even look at it. They stated that everyone’s orders have been cancelled through fault of the computer system… which sounded a little suspicious .. like they didn’t actually want to put my order together. I asked if it would go in over night and I could come back tomorrow.. And they rudely said there was nothing they could do for me. Then surprise surprise 20 minutes later my order was “cancelled” too. Definitely not coming back to this location again.

They closed 15 min early, as customers where coming out she closed the door in my face and said no we are closed as the same customers coming out were expressing she was being rude and wanted to leave because she was hot, np ac ive been coming here 3 times a week for 3 years and have never had an experience like that all the employees are wonderful but the heavy set black lady was very rude for no reason other the. She was hot because there was no ac, is what I was told by all the customers coming out iv worked costumer services for years and her Attitude was completely downgrading and uncalled for, hope she can find a job she really likes and makes her happy because family dollar ain't it especially if you like to close early because you feel hot.
