Adam was very helpful in guiding me through a frustrating time making a decision about repairing my auto or not. While the car was in his possession though he replaced a taillight fixture since I had it the backseat doing this free of charge. I don’t think there are many business owners in this day and age who would duplicate that act. I will definitely keep him in mind if I have future issues.

It was my first time in this place not professional at all took to much time and not knowing what he was doing not I am not recommending this place to anyone at all.

Don’t go in here if you’re a female. The mechanic refuses to look at you and only speaks to the male you are with, even when they are not up at the desk. I took my own vehicle in, which my boyfriend has nothing to do with, and was treated with complete disrespect. Even when I was directly asking this man questions, he ignored me and responded to those questions directly to my boyfriend across the room. What is this the 1950s in here? I will be sure not to refer anyone here anymore, and my boyfriend also decided to stop taking his vehicles here as a result of this behavior.
Update: Of course this is not the name that is in your system, do you think I feel safe dealing with your business at this point? This is a made-up name so that I could do a review that was honest. And yes, I have the right business, my boyfriend was a repeat customer of yours until this situation. Not surprised to see there is no accountability, however. If it was not the owner that was there on Saturday, I’d be happy to speak to them so that this doesn’t happen to another person. Not an appropriate Way to treat your customers. And ironically, not only am I the one out of the two of us between my boyfriend and I who knew more about vehicles, this was also my vehicle and my money.

Guy was super helpful. Got us in and out. My heat shield bolt attachment came off and he just drilled a hole and zip tied it no charge !

Adam was amazing to work with. I brought a Honda in over the weekend that needed a new AC compressor and Adam not only gave me an insanely great price but also got it done within a few hours (other places said it would take up to a week.) I am so thankful for DIY garage and couldn’t recommend this place more!!

I had the upmost respect for this place untill our last exspierence. My wife took her car there for not starting. We payed the $150 a hour diagnosis To find a short in a wire. The car was returned saying he thinks it would be fine. She now has no heater or ac contols radio and the blinker lights dont work on the dash. He did say some modules were not working but tempeture control is kind of important. The total bill was $1500 dollars to get a car back in non working condition I feel is unacceptable and unfair.

I love this place. Amazing staff, always willing to give advice. Have all the tools you need. Being able to use a lift to work on my car has been a game changer. If you know how to do the work and have experience working on your vehicle but want a lift this is the place to go.

Car care is an expensive endeavor. So is trust. Somewhere in between is the apex of value for money. DIY Garage is my ace mechanic after 28 years of patronage at shops and dealerships all over our community. We've had Adam and his crew do everything from tightening a bolt to replacing a transmission. In a time when consistency is fleeting, this is a business that I have always found to be forthright and honest. The truth is out there, and the truth is DIY Garage in Bellevue.

If you're looking for qualified mechanics at a fair price, then this is the place.
I needed my alternator replaced and only cost $570 out the door while another down the road was nearly $100 more.
Oh, not to mention, this is DIY so you could work on it yourself too.
