Cricket service on your phoneit's good. But if you need a new SIMs card you won't get it unless you are one of the administrative people on the account.

By far the best customer service ever. F.Y.I. I have had many different mobile phones over the last 35 years. Cricket uses ATT coverage and cost a fraction of the cost. 45 dollars unlimited everything with each additional phone costing 10 bucks a month.
