We drove the nineteen miles out to Bellevue on the hunt for vehicle to purchase which we had seen online. We were greeted outside by a salesperson and walked to his desk. He looked up the vehicle in the system and told us it had been sold 23 days prior, and apparently the website had not been updated. This was not really a big deal, as there was another car we wanted to see down the road (which we purchased), but my daughter felt somewhat dismissed once she expressed limited interest in looking at any of the other units in stick. Regardless, it all worked out.

The sales person that we dealt with was fabulous, her name was Rebecca Hone. We had gone to replace a vehicle that we had for 22 years that we loved. She was able to get us into an SUV that was perfect for us. Price was equal to that of other dealerships. Rebecca came in on her day off to help us make our final decision. We appreciate the incredible amount of help she gave us.

Took only about a hour , tire rotation, oil/filter ,changed both air filters! Service rep was very pleasant and kept me up to date on where the mechanic was with my car. Sent a video to my phone to show mechanic working on my car and I received a personal message from mechanic with suggestions of a oil additive!Needed Alignment, but will get later since filters were so costly!Great place to sit and wait! Tea,coffee, water and cracker snacks!Big TVs and lots of plug in. Clean Bathroom! Excellent!

I rated it four stars because they are nice, especially compared to the La Vista location, and have a relaxed big area with comfy chairs, an assortment of drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice for kids (or adults), water), and snacks. They took a video and explained a few things, along with an email of the work they recommended. It's a dealership and you have to assume they will cost more than a mechanic elsewhere. They didn't try to convince me what needed to be done but did ask if I had any questions with the recommendations. They also washed my car after completing my free 25,000 mile service.

I have gone here almost 2 years. Never had a problem. Staff is very friendly and informative. The last time I went in I thought my breaks my be due. They told me they where not.
