Certified Transmission in Bellevue is awesome! Especially Frank and Chelsea! We were in a jam with our band truck which we drive every weekend. They got us fixed up quickly and we were super happy with the results. We highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Certified Transmission in Bellevue, NE. Obviously it’s not an ideal situation needing a new transmission but they were very competitive with the market on pricing and they took great care of my car and got me in and out quickly! Certified Transmission were professional, kept me in the loop with communication every step of the way. And even though it is expensive they were able to save me money without compromising quality service. Frank did an awesome job keeping in touch with me and putting me at ease. My mechanic actually referred me to them a while ago, and Certified Transmission is the real deal, they are trustworthy and reasonably priced for the work they do. If you want to take care of your manual transmission just take it to Frank. After getting screwed over by beardmore Hyundai I took my car to him and told him what my transmission was doing and it shouldn’t be doing it. He said “ok, well our tech look at it and we’ll get back to you within an hour or so”….45 minutes later he called me and said I was right. They didn’t try and bs me, the atmosphere was very honest and you could tell they hated bad customer service when I told them what I just experienced with beardmore Hyundai. Great price too. I’m glad there’s still businesses that believe in integrity. Thank you Frank and thank you certified transmission

A 1 of a kind experience. Explained everything for it to make sense to someone who has no idea what was going on. Communicated the entire time every step of the way. Great warranty, and everything better customer service. The lady at the front desk was the best!
