Rip off alert! I bought an Exide car battery from this location for $169.99. They charged $15 to install it plus various other charges - so the total cost was a mind-boggling $270.70! They told me the battery was good for five years and that it had a two-year replacement warranty - the battery went bad TWO weeks after that!!! Needless to say, they wouldn't give me a replacement.I went to another shop and bought a new battery and they installed it free and the only extra charge I had was sales tax!

So took my car in about a week ago for some Suspension work and fluids replaced (transmission, Coolant, etc)was pricey but the work was done well. Did leave prints on car but no biggie really. Will definitely be going back. They will answer your questions and are friendly.

Amazing service! Called to make an appointment and the guy on the phone was super nice/helpful. When I went in person they were friendly and good at keeping me updated! I would recommend going to brakes plus any day, the service was quick and reasonably priced! (They also play very nice music in the waiting room)

I've worked with Chris at this location before he became a general manager. He was thorough, kind, & patient back then & again this time! I'm so glad to see the company recognized all of his hard work & dedication & promoted him! He is an absolute gem! I could not possibly recommend anyone else other than Chris

Highly recommend this location for any services needed. Dom, Chris, and Tommy were amazing. This was the first time I have gone to Brake Plus. Dom called me on estimate prices on Brake Pads and Rotors before they started working on my Rogue. They were very helpful and not pushy on what I needed. Thank you all very much! Plus they also have coupons to use on the website for everyday or for services.

Had a quick and great experience! Heard clicking, stopped in, and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. It was a slow day to be fair but none of the usual waiting around for seemingly no good reason. Definitely coming here again for my car care needs.

This shop is easily the best shop ive been to in years. Tommy helped me fix a 10 month old issue with my car. After 15 or so different shops failing to actualy help, Tommy and his crew fixed the issue in hours. Top notch service ontop of all of that. These guys are amazing!

These guys are phenomenal. I needed brakes and they took their time to show me everything. I had no idea what I was looking at but they explained what a rotor should look like and even showed me the new ones they were going to put on compared to the old ones. Chris and Devin really went above to explain their services. They were on the pricey side compared to Cornhusker Auto, but they can't compete with this level of service.Services: Tire rotations

Very happy with my service. I needed my Jeep back by end of day after unexpected repairs happened. The work took a bit longer than expected, but they stayed late to get it finished to keep their promise to have it back to me that day. I really appreciated the customer service. What I really liked was that they walked me to my car to show me what the issue is and explained to me in clear terms what they were going to do. I felt like I was in good hands with the crew there.
