Limited facilities, It smells weird, and the cancellation process is a nightmare, I'd suggest trying a different gym if possible. They'll charge you for an extra month after you cancel, there's no way of cancelling online or over the phone, and if you live in a different state, don't worry! Just "send a letter to corporate" that's right, a letter, not an email. Avoid if possible.

just make sure you pay there every two weeks or they charge you $10 each late payment it's not monthly fee. and the early cancel fee is $50. they prefer you come in and pay at the gym not a monthly bill. they are predatory and prey on people like me who just wanted to try a gym for a while thinking id get an email with a bill. only time you get a "bill" is if you're past due. so, if you join pay ahead and pay close attention to your due bill date. bc again, it's due every two weeks!

I am very disappointed with this place. We have gone several months to cancel the membership and everything we do changes the story. My family has been struggling financially and they keep taking more money than a monthly payment. Due to a lack of consideration, we have had problems with the bank. I do not recommend this place. Please, if anyone has experienced something similar reach out to me, I need help!

Good gym for the price for sure. Sadly there is no where to really deadlift (besides a machine that goes up to only 200 pounds) or do rows. The dumbbells also only go up to 50 pounds. Everything else is decent. I wish there were more squat racks and benches as well, but honestly for $10 it's pretty good deal.Edit from a year later: they added a spot to deadlift, but it costs extra and is unusable when classes are going on.Edit 2: They moved it to a more isolated location. Raising to 5 stars.

I really enjoy this gym. The women's only area helps me feel more comfortable while working out. I do wish there was at least 2 stair steppers in the women's area, and reduce the amount of bikes.I would also like to see another cleaning bottle and paper towel dispenser added to the room.

Signed up for the “no commitment month” but now am paying for next month?. The staff is very friendly, but equipment is limited.

Always are machines available. You exercise and Leave. There is a movie theater so you can exercise and watch the movie of the day. I don't like this option, but there is people who likes. Friendly staff.

There are many reasons Joel Potter’s gyms have been around so long. Great pricing, friendly staff, a wide variety of well-maintained equipment, a focus on cleanliness, etc. My husband, Bret, and I have been members ever since the 108th and Maple location opened many years ago and now live closer and attend the Bellevue location. We are definitely fans!

Very clean! No doubt this gym is well cared for. Why three stars? Because the billing and billing frequency is a pain in the bleep and very confusing! The staff are courteous and friendly! I do enjoy stopping by and saying hi to them. Good folks!

I've been a member at this gym for multiple years and have always appreciated it. The staff are attentive and friendly and ready to help out or answer questions when needed. Facility has always been clean as well. Switching locations only due to a job change and the manager I spoke with was very nice and explained how I can easily move my membership to another location vs having to cancel and re-enroll elsewhere. Another employee did previously tell me I'd have to come in, cancel, and enroll elsewhere, but the manager corrected this information and apologized. Sad to be leaving and hope the other location is just as wonderful!

Cancelled my membership in May, was charged for a full price membership in June and had to perform a chargeback on my credit card. They have now again charged me for 61 dollars which I will be performing a 2nd charge back on. I work for the company who's card they are charging so I will continue to perform chargebacks and cost your company money until you fix this issue. I will never, ever recommend anyone to this gym. I was hoping that Blue Moon would be different and not be a total pain to work with but I see that all gyms participate in the same shady practices making it impossible to actually cancel your membership and continuing to charge you for as long as they have your information.
