I’m having the absolute WORST time trying to have my issue resolved with the service. I purchased my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek in August of 2023 as a certified vehicle, and shortly had to bring it back in for three weeks due to the transmission needing a complete replacement. Then, come July of this year, my car would off and on not start up. I replaced my battery even though my battery tested good at Autozone, and then had the issue continue so I took it back to the dealership. They stated that the inhibitor switch had gotten wet, so they cleaned it off and said it was good to go. Come August 2nd, my car didn’t start up again. After getting it to start again, I took it back to the dealership and then was told it was my starter having an issue. They stated it was an intermittent issue due to the heat outside and my engine heating up too much. Though a starter didn’t sound correct, I agreed to have them replace the starter Monday Sept 9. Once the car was “fixed,” I picked up my car and went to a vet appointment with my dog in the back. After having my car running for 30 minutes on a 87 degree day, I took my dog inside the vet for 3 minutes and came back to try and start my car and it didn’t start again. It was the same issue I was having, that the “starter was supposed to replace.” The service manager came out to try and start the car, but after failed attempts, I left my car with them again and they have been trying to replicate the issue since Monday. Today (Thursday), I get a call stating that they were finally able to diagnose the ECM as the underlying issue . This repair is going to cost me another $1,300, on top of the starter being $1,085. It is completely absurd that I have been told different things multiple times, have had the “issue resolved” multiple times, and yet a different issue is found each time their “resolution” does not end up working. I had to get Subaru of America involved to try and cover some of my cost due to 2018 and 2019 Subaru Crosstrek models having issues with starters, hoping that my car would be added to the recall list for that specific part. They only offered a goodwill reimbursement for some of the cost, but not all. Now, I’m being told by some of the Subaru advisors that because Subaru of America is helping cover some of the costs, they probably won’t be doing anything else to help me out. All of these “new issues” are involved with the transmission that was replaced at this same dealership last year, so none of this cost should be covered by me.
***Update: after multiple back and forth calls, they have agreed to cover the cost of the ECM (outside of Subaru of America paid) so hopefully this actually fixes the issue.

After making an appointment with a salesman at Beardmore we arrived and he was busy with another client but was able to get us keys ro 3 different vehicles we wanted to test drive and by the time we were done we talked with him about the one we wanted and drove away with a new Outback, very courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle, very satisfied with my experiance!!

I had probably the best and easiest car shopping experience working with Steven Provencher at Beardmore. We test drove and compared multiple Subarus and I never felt any pressured to buy. He's very knowledgeable about each model. And made the little differences between each car very clear, which really helped in our decision. I would certainly recommend Steven and Beardmore for a Subaru!

I don't like being lied to. At least pretend you are looking up information if you don't want to do your job. Didn't want car info. The estimate was SO far off that it was an obvious blatant lie. I clarified with questions. Even asked if she was sure because it didn't sound right. Not a misunderstanding. Claimed the total cost after labor taxes and fees for all 4 breakes and routers was less than $500. Parts from the auto store are almost that so obviously the actual cost when I arrived at appointment would be way, way more.

I was looking for a totally different style vehicle. Stopped by Beardmore Subaru just to look around. Sean met me with in 6min of being out of the car. Showed him what we wanted to look at from online. Then test drove the Crosstreck went in to do the paper work, and pulled a 180 and decided I wanted the showroom 2025 Forester. Without any hesitate he did the paper work for both vehicles, to show me options. Was a great pleasure to work with Sean and the staff. Less than 2 hours I was driving away in my NEW vehicle. I will continue to tell everyone how wonderful my experience was!

Great service my wife bought a very nice low mileage 2022 legacy a few weeks back they gave her a very fair offer on her used vehicle. Long story but just a few days ago I went back and bought my son a new 2024 Impreza. The AWD and safety features are what I was worried about. They make it very easy and a family feel. Mike L was our sales guy. Would definitely recommend them, FYI the other sabaru dealer in omaha was not even close to the deal I got at beardmore

I cannot speak highly enough of this organization. I have been looking for the right car at the right price for a very long time. I spoke with several dealerships over the course of my search. Brianna and Beardmore were the absolute best. I was able to let them know exactly what I wanted at the price I was willing to spend. After a very brief wait, we were able to make a deal. I drove home in my new vehicle 2 days later. This is my first Subaru and my first experience with Beardmore. I will absolutely return the next time my family needs to make another vehicle purchase!

Was referred from a friend to Sean Jamison at Beardmore Subaru. Went in to Beardmore and it was Sean’s day off but soon after getting there Sean walked in the door. He knew I was coming and came in on his day off. Sean made the process smooth and easy. Definitely recommend Sean and Beardmore Subaru.

Catherine was amazing to work with at Beardmore Subaru! She is super knowledgeable and passionate about all things Subaru. I was unsure of the make and model of car I wanted to buy and Catherine's no-pressure sales made me feel comfortable letting her know I had other dealerships to visit. After a couple of hours, I couldn't wait to get back to Beardmore and buy my new Crosstrek. My timing wasn't great as she was busy with another customer, but she managed to work with both of us at the same time, giving each of us just the right amount of space while still being able to answer questions, allow a test drive, and begin the paperwork process for both of us. She was efficient, patient, and again, so completely knowledgeable. I reserved my car since mine was not available that day, and while waiting for it to arrive, Catherine kept in communication with me so I always knew the status. It turned out my car arrived five days early! Thane, in the finance department, was also efficient and patiently explained the additional coverages available. I felt confident in making the best decisions based on his expertise. My favorite part of the whole experience was sitting in my new Crosstrek with Catherine and having her go over all of the (at first) overwhelming parts of my vehicle. Thank goodness, once again, for her love and knowledge of Subarus! Even though she may run through all the bells and whistles of a new car multiple times a day, she took the time to ensure I was comfortable driving off the lot and allow me to soak in all the newness. Bonus ~ I am signed up to take the Love Encore Redelivery class with Alek in two weeks so I can learn even more ~ AND Subaru is going to give me a $25 gift card to do this. WOW! Thank you so much to everyone at Beardmore Subaru. It was a great experience!

Just brought my outback in for a small oil leak, they told me both headgaskets were leaking and needed replaced for 5k.
I brought it in for a second option at another shop and the only leak they found was the valve cover, both headgaskets were bone dry. Beardmore lied straight to my face, if I didn't get a second option I would be out 5k. Just sad, I really liked there service up until now.
