August 8th 2023. He hit me in the middle of a round about. You are to yield coming into a round about and All-State only wants to pay 70 percent. I'm sure they have very few pictures if any at all. Have not talked to me or looked at my car at all. Has not even tried to call. How sad. We both slowed down and I thought he was going right into the lane next to me then he hit the gas and crash.

Im a previous Allstate customer. My previous agent is rude and untrustworthy My bill went from about $280 to $656 when an underage driver was added. I called and asked **** to clarify if this was a new monthly amount or 6 month renewal. He advised me that I pay for the month ahead, my policy renews in February and that additional amount is Allstates final chance to charge me for ******* and February for an underage driver. I asked was it backdated, he assured me it wasnt and the fee would decrease in February but not sure to what. Regarding this situation, I think Mile couldve tried harder to find me a lower rate or some additional discounts, he did not. He wasnt very informative or gave clear answers to my questions. When I called **** to cancel my policy 1/20/23 I was told Ill be charged a prorated amount for the time I was covered. I cancelled my policy 4 days before my billing cycle ended for the current month, I should have a refund, not a prorated bill. Again, **** couldnt explain to me why or where this is coming from, so once again Ive been misinformed. I asked numerous times to speak to someone else and couldnt. I found multiple 800 numbers to dial, just to be routed back to my unhelpful, untrustworthy agent. **** eventually sent me a number for billing, it still routed me back to his office. He just let the phone ring. Allstate as a company isnt consumer friendly as far as discounts or rates. They dont offer any other customer service outside of unhelpful agents. They dont make it easy to file a complaint on the website. People are impossible to reach, even their corporate number routes you back to your agent. Im unsatisfied and confused on a final bill, after I was told I pay for the month ahead and cancelled my policy 4 days before my billing cycle ended. Ive never paid to cancel a policy! I will never trust Allstate again!**** should be retrained on Allstates policies and how situations can affect a persons bill negatively or positively.

Purchased insurance online and sadly got assigned here. Received a email stating I had to bundle my policy or I'd have my insurance cancelled. What a joke. The customer is always right. I had to switch different agents real fast 0 stars if I could rate that.
