Beardmore Service Department is great. During a routine oil change, they identified a serious issue with one of my tires. They were able to work with my schedule and get me in for a replacement early the next day. They are easyy to work with and they keep the communication lines open - so you know exactly what is going on with your service.

Purchased a 2025 Chevy Trax here a couple of weeks ago and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Santiago is the best! He was friendly, helpful, and very thorough. He has even reached out a couple of times since we got the vehicle home, just to check in on us - something we’ve never experienced when buying a car elsewhere. We’re very happy with our purchase and our experience!

Santiago was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful finding the right vehicle for our budget! We were very comfortable and did not feel pressured or preyed on (a huge source of anxiety when buying a car). Very glad we went in that day, and left with a new 2025 Trax that our whole family loves!

Awesome service!! Bryan W walked me thru the process and took care of me thru out until I got the truck I wanted. Finance department (Joe) was great as well. Explains the extra’s and how that process worked.

Great customer service. I flew in, they picked me up and had the paperwork pretty much ready. I was on the road in less than an hour. Everyone was very considerate and, unlike most car dealers, are honest and even provide their own warranty and extras. Alyssa Herek was my salesperson and was extremely nice, punctual and got everything done quickly.

Had a noise coming from my rear wheel I wanted diagnosed. Went into service department and Haley helped me get set up with an appointment. The day of my appointment she called and requested that the dealership keep my vehicle overnight due to the nature of the problem I was experiencing. No problem. I was told that it should be ready the following morning. I wait until about 11:30 before I call and ask about the status of my vehicle. The gentleman that answered made it known he didn’t want to get involved but they had diagnosed the problem (all I was looking to have done) and someone would give me a call when it is ready. 6 pm rolls around and I decide to go pick it up. Service department is gone for the day and my vehicle is sitting in front of the dealership, presumably ready for pick up. I ask a salesman how I should go about getting my vehicle since I needed it that day (I’m moving out of state within days), and he was more concerned with defending his and his service department buddy’s image than helping a customer. After another night with no resolution, I went in to finally pick up my key and after explaining all the hassle, Haley actually cared and took care of me as a customer. She went out of her way to make sure I left the dealership happy, or at least content. I hope this review reaches her and whoever has the authority to give her a raise/promotion , because she was the only person I interacted with in this situation that was willing to listen and help. The dealership should do whatever they can to keep her on the team.
